@ScotRail What a load of ‘Schiessen’ - Ask anyone who has to maintain them on EMR - the underfloor diesel engines (x5) all need total rebuilds, their interiors are shabby, carprts worn out & threadbare. All the money spent on those refurbished HSTs (contract leased until 2030) wasted 😡🤦‍♀️

@ToniaAntoniazzi @GWRHelp If only GWR had those mini-HST sets they spent all that money on refurbishing, only for the gov’t (DfT) to get rid of them, prematurely as “they cost more to run than a DMU”… Thus the IETs had to work “harder” with 10car diagrams going down to 5cars !!

National Highways.... what a terrible indictment for a government quango that is given over £5 BILLION a year by taxpayers. Sub-contractors who work for @NationalH have admitted to us that the motorway network is currently "not maintainable", as it's in such a rundown state.

@CrossCountryUK = the WORST TOC EVER as, despite the 0908 Edinburgh-Plymouth 1V56 having 2x Voyagers 220021+220001 making 8cars, the back set LOCKED out due to “Train Mgr shortages”! They suddenly decided (a yr ago?) each set has to have an individual TMgr🤦‍♀️ But 2x 170s is OK.
