About 85% of Florida cities and towns receive goods only by truck, and there is currently a shortage of truck drivers across the U.S.A. Today's $3.1 million grant will provide funds to educate and increase the number of truckers we have in Florida.

A once-in-a-decade event, redistricting requires seriousness of purpose and translation of complicated concepts to common-sense language. I can’t think of anyone better suited than Cord Byrd. I'm proud to appoint him as Chair of the State Legislative Redistricting Subcommittee.
