@slavov_n Non-statistician question (don’t laugh) would it be possible to do a Monte Carlo style randomization of your data to derive a pvalue for the probability that a cluster arose by chance??

This toy example may change how you look at tSNE & UMAP. They find clusters in the most uniform data possible.
