@VirginAustralia Zero service on the flight. Pay for wifi. And now issues with connections. This used to be a decent airline. Had zero issues with @Qantas on the outbound flights. And some service like food and drink and free wifi. Will give @VirginAustralia a breather for now. Staff are pleasant

Hoping @VirginAustralia onboard experience is a little better than their checkin which is the worst I have ever experienced. Over 45 minute wait at Denpasar. Just terrible.

First time flying international from @Melbourne @Melair what a piece of crap airport. Must have been built before business travellers and perhaps electricity. No power points, useless out of the way work spaces and absolutely filthy. @SydneyAirport kicks its butt. Will avoid.

If I can confidently say do not choose @optimum if you have any other options in your area their customer service is schizophrenic. Worst service - changing billing without asking - service constantly slower than advertised - just dont do it. #CustomerComplaint #Customerfail

@TMobileHelp I have already talked to the tech team and they just said keep trying until it works - so they dont have faith in the system at all - I want to see if TM works in my area but I am not taking a guess when you havent for the last 9 years
