💸💸💸 #SCBudget After saying they were going to stay and work until a budget deal was reached, @SCSenateGOP has adjourned the joint conference committee - agreeing to give @SCHouseGOP ANOTHER day to try and negotiate on spending earmarks. Senate has offered to fund a whopping $173M of the House's pork, but that's apparently not good enough for @BruceBannister. Starting to wonder what is REALLY motivating the House to reject what is clearly the best deal it could have ever hoped to get from the Senate.


Two sources with the campaign say that Graham has voted in the 2024 and 2026 primaries, and would not need a waiver from the state party. Drew McKissick, the state party chair, says Graham will be vetted just like everyone else.
