@TumbaZachariah @DubaiPoliceHQ @NigeriapolicePR May God make it possible for us to lay our hands on this Man. With his betrayal of trust, he has broken so many hearts and has thrown many lives into confusion, extreme difficulties and depression. Because of his greed, many innocent children are out of school.

Yesterday, I was privileged to receive @WHONigeria Country Representative, Dr. Walter Kazadi Mulumbo @WMulombo, and his delegation in Lagos. We discussed the launch of the @WHO’s First Investment Round, a new approach to mobilizing predictable and flexible resources for WHO’s core work for the next 4 years (2025–2028). We emphasized the importance of amplifying Africa’s voice and leadership within these global health initiatives, especially as we catalyze action to deliver results in the final push to the @UN 2030 health #SDGs. As Special Adviser and Member, Independent Advisory Group to @WHOAFRO, I am exceedingly proud of Dr. Matshidiso Moeti’s @MoetiTshidi leadership in repositioning the continent to secure sustainable financing for the World Health Organization. #HealthForAll #WellbeingForAll #FrontlineFriday

Vaccines are among the most powerful innovations in human history. Thanks to vaccines, once-feared diseases like diphtheria, tetanus, measles and meningitis can now be easily prevented. Vaccines now give us hope of eliminating cervical cancer; Vaccines are helping us to snuff out Ebola outbreaks faster; For the first time, we can say that malaria is a vaccine-preventable disease; Vaccines were critical in ending COVID-19 as a global health emergency; And vaccines have brought us to the threshold of eradicating polio. #VaccinesWork #WHA76

At @WHO's press briefing, @mvankerkhove reiterated the importance of getting vaccinated. "If you are recommended to have a further booster dose, particularly if you [part of an at-risk group]...Please get that next dose. It really matters when you receive your last dose."
