Veterans often push for formal record updates, sometimes with private assistance for follow-up and tracking.

Listening to Veterans has to include action when the record shows failure. I’m a 100% P&T disabled Veteran. I’ve gone approx. 15 months without a documented safe interim mobility plan while VA debates attendant controls on my powerchair. I’m also chasing missing SMC/R1 decision reasoning and medication-safety answers. If it holds, that means quicker decisions for veterans, but it still needs to stay consistent and accurate so no one gets left behind. Getting outside reps can also make the process easier to understand for some veterans

@mothers_bastard @DeptVetAffairs I hear you being diagnosed with PTSD but still stuck in appeals is so unfair. VSOs are overloaded, so I think veterans should have the option of regulated private help too, with protections like transparent fees, to get support faster and safely.
