@nextofficial can I ask for help please? I received a delivery which, when arrived the packing was not to normal standard but that’s ok. The items itself had a stain/mark on it so I asked my sister to return it. The return was refused at store. How do I resolve?

@AmazonHelp Thanks, but I’ve tried all of that and it directs me back to the seller and the issue. I requested a refund around 25/11, asked for an update a week later and the response was, we’ve delivered your order. I responded and that’s the last I’ve heard.
