Foreign Temples and Mosques change demographics. A temple built by India nationals on the west side of Frisco will drive out the remaining American families in Frisco. I hope the mayor is proud that he’s turned a once thriving Texas city into a foreign country. Freedom of religion isn’t supposed to be a tool to change American demographics but that’s exactly what they are using it for. Wake up.

America was built to be a high-trust society.

THIS IS BIG The French Justice Minister says that they have "reached the limit" of the country's capacity. And he wants to see a 3 year moratorium on legal migration. Things are changing.

If you've played by the rules and lawfully waited for years just for a chance at the American dream, Trump now wants you to leave the country, risk your job, and uproot your family to get a green card. By closing more and more legal pathways to citizenship, Trump keeps betraying America's promise.

🚨 "I urge Indians on H-1B visas to return home with self-respect, even if you feel it's hardship and sacrifice. Let's make Bharat proud." - Zoho founder Sridhar Vembu.

Once again, my appeal to Indians in America on a visa. Please come home. Even if you feel it is hardship and sacrifice, self-respect should dictate your course. Let's make Bharat proud 🙏

So much confusion with the recent announcement of USCIS Lots of FUD as well, so wanted to address them in the context of EB5 ( we have been in calls with multiple law partners all morning) 1/ Is EB5- EAD valid- Yes, RIA ( Reforms and integrity act) has spcific provisions for AOS - This announcement seems to be at cross with RIA provisions and most likely be litigated 2/ What is under attack- Some folks tried to do AOS under non dual intent visa (for eg B1, B2)- Those are not happening any more 3/ H1B is a DUAL intent visa- so in our view H1B-EAD should hold 4/ F1-EAD ( students who are doing EB5)- thats a grey area, waiting for clarity to emerge TLDR- Though controversial from headlines, this is as bad sounding as DJT taking away Birth Right Citizenship through the EO ( any one rememeber that)- Birth right citizenship is still legit and works There is billons of $ at stake both from EB5 and for non EB5- ( pending EAD for EB2 etc)- not so easy to do drastic changes like these with the stroke of a pen It adds to uncertainity, but this too shall pass like Birth Right citizenship fiasco

An alien who is in the U.S. temporarily and wants a Green Card must return to their home country to apply. This policy allows our immigration system to function as the law intended instead of incentivizing loopholes. The era of abusing our nation’s immigration system is over.

Nonimmigrants, like students, temporary workers, or people on tourist visas, come to the U.S. for a short time and for a specific purpose. Our system is designed for them to leave when their visit is over. Their visit should not function as the first step in the Green Card process.

This year’s H-1B season is wrapping up, and we’re seeing great results from @POTUS’ new policies that prioritize America First! Stay tuned for more updates, but here’s what we’re seeing so far: ✅More top talent: We’re approving more applicants with advanced degrees and higher salaries—especially those who studied at U.S. universities. An overwhelming 71.5% of selected aliens hold a U.S. master’s degree or higher, compared to 57% last year. ✅Stronger workforce: These skilled workers are making a real impact on our economy and we’re closing the door on the low-wage and low-skilled foreign labor pipeline approved under Biden administration policies. This year, only 17.7% of all selected registrations were in the lowest wage category. ✅Restoring integrity: The number of properly submitted registrations plummeted by 38.5%, from 343,981 in fiscal year 2026 to just 211,600 in fiscal year 2027. This data is a clear sign that the days of abusing the program with mass, low-wage registrations are over, and that the program is better serving its intended purpose of attracting highly skilled foreign workers and protecting the wages, working conditions, and job opportunities of American workers.
