@Swiggy @SwiggyCares how you guys feel when a customer receives spoiled food and then you just say “ohh! Sorry for this but you can eat the spoiled food and get sicks and please give ratings to restaurant” This is such a bullshit. I’ll make a complaint to food safety auth.

I have the sample with me, it is Rasmalai which as per my knowledge, it is a sweet but god knows, why the Rasmalai tastes soar… and your so called customer support team just saying to review the restaurant but nothing else can be done in this case

I made an 500₹ Panini puri order from @Swiggy and they sent it without any fillings and now they are giving me 90₹ refund while whatever they delivered to me is of no use because you can’t consume it RAW. Too notch service by @SwiggyCares @Swiggy
