Mimi Yanagi update... and an unpopular take. Various people have been dropping evidence on Kiwifarms, Reddit, The Virtual Asylum, and here on X of disturbing new information. The person was not an artist or a VTuber in the normal sense, but was a transgender communist by the name of Jordan Williams. The person commissioned art from various artists on FurAffinity, Pixiv, Baraag, Deviant Art, and VGen. Specifically, Jordan paid Imeoowto about $200 to make the rigged Vtuber model. Jordan was the client and not the creator of these artworks and drawings. Most of the artists he commissioned from are unnamed or anonymous... not tied to any known artist. The drawings contained extreme fe****es, and themes... like b******ity, multi p********tion, ga******gs, depicting this character and others in every combination of these disgusting scenarios possible. Is it gross? Yes. Is it offensive? Yes. Is it obscene? Yes. Is it evil? Yes. It's something I'd rather not see or be exposed to. Based on what is uncovered so far, no real children, no photos, no actual victims, no real animals, just illustrations. The worst one is the LazyTown Stephanie art, which is based on an animated character design and not from the actual child actress. Any association with real children appears to be a misattribution to artists who did "shadman" style art, and no actual real children were involved in the production of the materials. If that changes ill update it, but so far I don't see anything connected to real victims. That said, the person is likely to be a real pedophile, someone who is attracted to real children, by his saying it's a sub for CSAM and by the evidence uncovered. But "likely" is not a criminally prosecutable bar that holds up in court unless you are in the UK. This kind of "art" is perfectly legal in Japan, and one would assume, because of that, child SA must be rampant. The UK claims that these kinds of materials can normalize pedophilic ideation and be used in grooming, but without any backing based on real data. Instead, Japan is one of the safest countries in the world, while the UK is one of the least safe, where sex crimes are anywhere from 10x to over 50x Japan's rate. Here is the unpopular take... Based on the UK's law, I knew to some extent that this was likely the nature of the artwork in question. They don't arrest you for just the run-of-the-mill lolicon illustration. Despite all that, it is still a waste of money, time, and effort... all a symbolic effort to protect the kids, while the actual victims in the UK, being r***ed, get ignored. Even if it's absolutely disgusting, it is still in the 'thought crime' category, and it's a slippery slope. It's this kind of issue that is why the UK is in the quandary it is right now with hate speech laws, online monitoring of speech, and the Online Safety Act. Places like the US are more resilient when it comes to offensive political speech because the law in the states clearly distinguishes between fiction and reality. The US's First Amendment was crafted precisely because of the UK's tendency towards tyrannical framing of opinions and political speech. We shouldn't decide what is allowed and not allowed based on disgust, because if that becomes normalized, the First Amendment is no more.

I think its important I post this because more information has come out about Mimi Yanagi the VTuber that was arrested in the UK For the last 3 days Millions of people have been talking about this subject thanks to the UK being overzealous with censoring and restricting everything. The story broke and even famous Japanese artists like the creator of Chun-li offered support. Now we arrive to this morning. After seeing what has been revealed a few hours ago. There was clear manipulation to the story that has been discovered. Now keep this in mind, this information is coming from Kiwifarms at this time. So it is possible this evidence is manipulated to some degree, because they started off the post literally slandering me. So take that however you will. However I am willing to admit this, but from what has been provided so far the people on Kiwifarms did a good job researching into this individual that released this morning on their site. So I do tip my hat on that Despite my recent issues with KF, they documented and provided actual evidence showcasing Mimi being arrested is making a lot more sense and even I was outright disgusted by what I saw. So lets get into what was discovered. The art in question that seems to have gotten the arrest. Mimi Yanagi is apparently not a woman, but a dude called Jordan. The artwork that was discovered 2 days ago with Mimi's model and dog to be completely blunt was disturbing even for me. Found it extremely weird. Since my channel got demonetized my mental health has been getting worse. I’m really confused and don’t know what to do. I have financial responsibilities at home and now I’m not earning anything. My sleep schedule is completely disturbed and even my physical health is getting worse. In these 37 days I’ve lost around 2 kg of weight. YouTube demonetized my channel for "Inauthentic Content" on April 13th. I've spent 8+ days tagging TeamYouTube with no response, so I'm putting everything on the record. I run Fluffcomedy a channel I built from scratch in a niche that didn't exist before me. Every video is a manual creative process: I source realistic footage, generate AI visuals, and record my own voiceover. I also have a dedicated editor who puts 4+ hours into every single video. This isn't just my livelihood his entire salary depends on this channel. This is original content. This is real people's work. After the demonetization, their automated legal notice changed the reason to "Copyright Infringement." When I challenged that, their own system confirmed I have zero copyright strikes on my account. Three different answers. Zero consistency. And they're sitting on €3,963.86 of my earned revenue while they figure out which reason they want to go with. I did everything right. I filed the appeal. I made a detailed unlisted video walking through my entire creation process footage sources, AI generation workflow, voiceover, all of it. I submitted it as evidence. YouTube rejected my appeal and told me a "human" reviewed it. That video has 0 views. Nobody opened it. I have the analytics screenshot to prove it. After a week of public pressure on here, I finally got an email from YouTube Partner Support admitting my channel is eligible for another appeal and escalating it to "internal specialists." Which tells you everything if the first human review was real, why does it suddenly need to be escalated now? I shouldn't have to go viral on Twitter to get someone to actually look at my case. That's not a support system. That's a wall designed to make creators give up. Under the EU's Digital Services Act, platforms are required to provide clear, consistent reasoning for enforcement actions and a functioning internal complaint process. YouTube has done neither. I've formally notified them (Ref: 6-7485000040347) and I am now filing a complaint with the EETT, Greece's regulatory authority. All I'm asking for is what every creator deserves, one real person to look at the actual evidence. @TeamYouTube @YouTubeCreators @YouTube I've done everything your system asked me to do.
