About 25% of the land in most US cities is roads. They are currently designed and controlled by people who genuinely believe 3-ton steel pods are the base unit of civilization resulting in ugly-ass, polluted, deadly streets (for humans). So yea. Take back the streets.

Wow, look at all those bicycles parked orderly, helping keep sidewalks clear for pedestrians and creating protected cycling space for commuters and working riders who are making deliveries. Vehicle traffic is flowing nicely, too. 😎👍

NEW: San Francisco police trap 85 bicyclists on an offramp who were seen taking over the road, swerving around cars, & riding the wrong direction.
The bike gang tried turning around after they were blocked on the ramp by SFPD & CHP, but quickly realized they were trapped.
All of the bikes were confiscated.
This is amazing.

Mamdani's obviously made some iffy choices in his initial budget rollout, but virtually every budget expert has given him credit for actually budgeting accurately the growing expenses that Eric Adams was avoiding. So to see Adams world finger-wagging is yet again absurd.

I’m not sure if facts even matter here but under Blakeman property tax rates for single family homes in Nassau are at least 2x higher than they are in NYC.

Bike lanes have the unintended consequence of improving car traffic flow and increasing viability of businesses, especially retail, along the route. It’s more than just safety for the 7 cyclists!
