i know we’re not glamorous like the people’s republic of astoria, but i kept re-enforcing my criticism of the lack of presence uptown for a reason. many of the mix-blue bear rent-stabilized tenants, particularly pelham parkway + bay, allerton, & soundview in the east. winnable.
