Urgent Statement from Alexander Dubinsky’s Legal Team: "There may be yet another reason why the authorities are rushing to transfer Alexander Dubinsky from Kyiv SIZO to the penal colony. On May 5, 2026, NABU requested the regular transportation of Dubinsky for interrogations in a high-profile case involving illegal cash payments to MPs of Zelensky’s presidential faction “Servant of the People” for votes in the Verkhovna Rada. The very same day he was slapped with a new treason charge. Hours later, the State Bureau of Investigation (DBR) secured approval to move him to Menska Correctional Colony No. 91. Importantly, Alexander Dubinsky has not been convicted of any crime. There is no court verdict or sentence against him. All court hearings remain in Kyiv. This is the first case in Ukrainian legal practice where a person is transferred from a pre-trial detention center directly to a penal colony without any final guilty verdict — a clear and unprecedented violation and weaponization of the law. Let us recall: just days before his highly suspicious death in 2019, People’s Deputy Anton Polyakov gave testimony to NABU about these illegal cash envelope payments in Parliament. We are not making direct accusations. But the timeline raises far too many disturbing questions and serious concerns for the life and safety of our client Olexandr Dubinsky, who is being held without a sentence. We will bring these facts before Ukrainian courts and the European Court of Human Rights. Today in Ukraine, recordings (NABU) of conversations involving people close to Zelenskyy have come out. In one of them, Tymyr Mindich (who flew to Israel after NABU started the investigation) talks about a company called “Fire Point” (the same one that produces the non-existent Flamingo missiles) and an investment from the UAE. A fund linked to Gulf investors was planning to buy a 33% stake in the company. But in the conversation, Mindich says that from this investment, they want to turn 40–50% into cash - basically take the money out. The point being made is that this could show how incoming money, including European defense funding sent to Ukraine, is handled - up to 40–50% might be taken out instead of being used for its intended purpose. #ZelenskyLies #TrueUkraine

Volodymyr Zelenskyy only promotes those drone projects and business opportunities from which he personally profits through his close friends. I have wanted to write this for a long time. Today, recordings have surfaced that prove I was right. Anti-corruption activist Daria Kalenyuk says that, according to the tapes, the company Fire Point — which Zelenskyy actively advertises and for which he solicits money from partners — has got UAH 300 Billion from the budget - more than $7 Billion. It is the very same company whose drones and missiles Zelenskyy tried to sell to the United Arab Emirates and European countries. "Right now we are asking our partners for one billion — and it’s not going quickly, even if I use all my connections," — this is a quote from former Defense Minister and current head of the National Security and Defense Council, Rustem Umerov, on the tapes. He is speaking to a friend of Zelenskyy’s — the very person who stands behind the Fire Point company and who is now on the run due to an anti-corruption investigation. This is not a political attack. This is a desperate cry: Zelenskyy continues the war because he is making enormous money from it. Your help, your taxes, are not going to the people, not to real defense, and not to an actual fight against Russia — they are going straight into the pockets of the Ukrainian mafia, headed by Zelenskyy himself.

I don’t get it. My homeland Ukraine — a country with basically no self-sufficient economy, ripped apart by war, not even in NATO or the EU — somehow single-handedly defending the entire Western Alliance and all of Europe from Russia? Meanwhile, the rich countries of NATO and Europe are re-arming to the teeth, raking in billions, and telling us they’re “preparing for the threat.” And they can't take Ukraine as a member now. How does that make any sense? Ukrainians are dying by the tens/hundreds of thousands, our nation is being ground into dust, all so the already strongest powers on Earth can get even stronger? And we are told to be proud of this. And let’s think ahead: all this expensive weapons the West is churning out don’t just sit on shelves collecting dust. Sooner or later, somebody’s going to have to use them — or buy them. Look at Germany: its broken auto industry is pivoting hard into military production, Rheinmetall’s stock is exploding, factories are humming. Great for their economy, but where exactly is all that hardware supposed to go when the current war slows down? What am I missing here? Are we really supposed to believe this is all noble defense, or is Ukraine just the bloody showroom for the next big arms bazaar?
