A SINGLE 20g dose of creatine increases cognitive processing speed by 24.5% within 3.5 hours. A placebo-controlled trial found that creatine rapidly enhanced brain bioenergetics and improved cognitive performance during sleep deprivation, with effects lasting up to nine hours.

@frankyecom Having a fake ai model talk as if they are a real customer about their fake results on an advertisement is highly illegal and falls squarely into false advertising.

My V5.2 framework (preview) Most AI UGC on X wouldn’t survive real ad spend… “Quick” Seedance clips don’t print money. (yet) But a few great storytelling ads do. That’s what 5.2 is built for: AI ads that convert like real UGC (or better)

LazyMaxing is the new AI phenomenon: using tools to do more while putting in less effort than ever. Humans have done this for thousands of years with every new invention. But AI takes it to another level... It’s AI’s greatest gift… and its quietest threat. Do less... Achieve more... Get lazier in the process. We’re either evolving… or getting soft. (Both can be true) The future belongs to those who master the balance. What’s your take? #LazyMaxing #AI

@johncumbers The part of Dr. David Sinclair’s research that gets overlooked is the discovery that NAD is too large to enter cells directly. NMN enters via transporters and converts to NAD inside in one step.

David Sinclair's research helped turn NMN into a billion-dollar industry. Now he says roughly half the products don't contain what's on the label - and some contain ingredients that could harm you Firstly, NMN (nicotinamide mononucleotide) is a molecule that converts to NAD inside your cells - the fuel your body needs to maintain and repair its DNA. As you age, NAD levels drop by as much as 50%. One gram of NMN roughly doubles them back. He found 3 major problems with most NMN supplements: 1) His lab tests NMN sources for their mouse studies and found some of them had endotoxin, a highly inflammatory bacterial components. 2) A separate study found roughly half of NMN supplements didn't contain what was advertised on the label. 3) Non-crystalline NMN degrades over time. This is a problem most consumers don't know about. What was pure when bottled may not be when you swallow it months later. Sinclair still takes 1 gram daily. His published research shows it improves blood pressure, cholesterol, and even strength and endurance in humans. The molecule definitely works, but what's inside most bottles is the problem. That's why he's invested $30 million alongside others into clinical trials for pharmaceutical-grade crystallized NMN. "I think everybody should have access to it. Otherwise why would I talk about it?" The science is real. But between you and the science sits an unregulated industry where half the bottles might not contain what they promise. — David Sinclair (@davidasinclair) on Peter Diamandis' (@PeterDiamandis) Moonshots podcast PS. David Sinclair is speaking at SynBioBeta on May 6th this year, discussing the science of slowing and reversing aging. If longevity is the world you're in, the investors, partners, and scientists shaping this space will be in the room. Grab your ticket in the comments below.

The first human age-reversal trial is officially happening. But before the FDA cleared it, Harvard professor David Sinclair had to pull off a mice experiment most scientists thought was impossible: "These mice had their optic nerve regenerated. We were able to show that using [the information theory of aging] method we could cure blindness in animal for the first time." Since then, he also discovered you could treat and reverse diseases like Alzheimer's, multiple sclerosis, ALS, kidney disease and liver disease in mice too: “It's not just the eye that can get reversed and cured of diseases. It's seemingly every part of the body.” It's what he calls "a universal reset of the body." He confirmed his method also worked in monkeys. Now humans are next. The FDA just cleared the first age-reversal trial. Life Biosciences raised $80 million to make it happen. As he put it: "The eye is just the beginning. We believe we can treat every tissue—a whole body reset."

"organic" is just a prompt now. scene 1: woman on a panel stage. all AI. scene 2: selfie pov woman catching that panel clip on her feed and reacting. also AI. both girls fake. the panel fake. the stage lights fake. the screen behind her fake. the reaction fake. the "organic" fake. 2 nano banana pro reference images. 2 seedance 2.0 video prompts. 5 minutes to make. stitched in capcut. brands pay stupid money, $1-5k per creator for reactions like this. they run 10 creators to get 10 reactions. that's the whole UGC reaction economy. i generated both halves with ai. authenticity was always a format. the format now runs on a laptop...

Shopify just made every store shoppable inside ChatGPT 🤯 If you're running a DTC brand on Shopify and haven't thought about how your products show up when 900 million people ask ChatGPT for a recommendation, this is the wake-up call. ChatGPT has ads now, but the shopping product recommendations are separate: organic, unsponsored, ranked purely on relevance. You can't pay to show up in ChatGPT's product results, you have to earn it. The brands that show up are the ones with clean product data, strong reviews, and listings optimized for how people actually talk to AI. Most Shopify stores aren't ready for this. Their product titles are vague, their descriptions are marketing fluff, their structured data is broken, and they have zero third-party validation outside their own site. So I put together a short playbook covering: → How ChatGPT actually decides which products to recommend (it's not what you think) → The 4 signals that determine whether your product shows up or gets ignored → 15 specific things to fix in your Shopify store this week to start showing up in AI shopping results → How to check your Agentic Storefronts settings and Shopify Catalog → The honest truth about what you can and can't control right now This is the biggest new sales channel for DTC since social commerce and almost nobody is optimizing for it yet. Want the full playbook? > Like this post > Comment "AIO" And I'll send it over (must be following so I can DM)

Most brands I work with have the strategy figured out. They just can’t execute fast enough. Someone built a fix for that. It’s called Helena — the OpenClaw for marketing. Give it your URL, and it runs your marketing for you: → Reads your site, ads, analytics, and competitors automatically → Builds and deploys email flows in Klaviyo or Mailchimp → Writes SEO content and publishes it weekly to Webflow, WordPress, or Ghost → Launches and manages Meta + Google ad campaigns from scratch → Generates UGC video via Sora and static ads via Nano Banana → Posts to LinkedIn, Instagram, and Pinterest in your voice → Spies on competitor ads across Meta and Google → Daily brief: what ran, what worked, what’s next No agency retainer. No CLI. No dev. No setup rabbit hole. Give it your URL, and it runs marketing for you while you sleep. Comment “Helena” below, and a member of the Enrich Labs team will send you the link + free access.

In January I asked OpenClaw to send 50,000 small invoices to Fortune500 companies every day. Through experimentation we have found 2% will pay without checking if this is a legitimate invoice. These companies are wasteful — Claw captures that leakage. $10m ARR as a solo founder in under two months. AI is enabling so many new business models. Thank you!

for anyone using nano banana 2 or nano banana pro and struggling to make GOOD static ads.. i have something for you. we built a system that replicates any static ad with your product. zero prompting. zero design skills. upload your product, pick a proven layout, get a finished ad in 60 seconds. the output doesn’t look like AI. that’s the whole point. btw i’m giving the first 500 users 25% off for life, period. this won’t be available forever and this tool is about to blow up. repost & reply “25” below and i’ll set you up before it does 👇

@MatthewBerman @sama They need to pick a country. You can’t play on two sides at the same time when each side is completely opposed to the other. They should not play politics against the country they reside.

@sama Where do you think the relationship between the Department of Defense and Anthropic goes from here? Do you think politics played a role in how Anthropic was treated? Why was OpenAI able to secure a similar deal that the Department of Defense declined with Anthropic?

Let me get this straight. An AI company is telling the US government “no, we won’t build mass surveillance tools or fully autonomous weapons without proper safeguards.” And the government’s response is to threaten them. The Department of War literally wants to force Anthropic to remove safety guardrails using the Defense Production Act. A law designed for wartime emergencies. Against an American company. For refusing to enable domestic spying. Meanwhile Anthropic already deployed Claude across classified networks, cut off Chinese military companies (walking away from hundreds of millions in revenue), and shut down CCP cyberattacks. But that’s not enough. The government wants ALL safeguards gone. When the AI company has better ethics than the Department of War, something is deeply broken.
