Thank you @SenJohnson for sponsoring SJR 589, reaffirming that allowing men into women's sports harms girls' safety and privacy. TN was one of the 1st states to pass a #SaveWomensSports law. @ADFLegal

@KatiePavlich @ChloeCole @ADFLegal Because of the courage of @ChloeCole and others like her, the tides are turning against the ideologically driven medical establishment that has pushed dangerous transition drugs and surgeries on kids. Thanks for having us on to share about it @KatiePavlich

Great time in South Carolina testifying on parental rights and women’s privacy with @tonyashellnutt. These bills make SC a place where families are safeguarded and girls’ locker rooms & restroom are closed to men. Thank you @HeathSessions & Travis Moore for your leadership. @ADF_Action @ADFLegal

It was great to join @RyanSchuiling this morning to discuss @ADFlegal's women's sports cases. If you want a great overview of hearing yesterday--and why the ACLU's arguments challenging fairness in women's sports laws ignore biological truth & common sense--then make sure and listen in: 👇spreaker.com/episode/matt-s…

Yesterday, the Supreme Court heard arguments on @ADFLegal's cases to protect fairness in women's sports. Today, South Carolina took the first step to protect privacy and safety in locker rooms, restrooms, and sleeping quarters on school trips. Men don't belong on girls' sports teams or in their private spaces. Thank you @tommypopeSC @shanemassey @wesclimer for putting SC women and girls first.

Once again, activists are trying to use the discredited SPLC’s hate list to censor speech. @aarbaer and @CCVPolicy are passionate and effective advocates for truth and freedom. Their work is making Ohio a better place for everyone! The City Club should reject censorship!

LGBTQ activists are demanding the City Club of Cleveland CANCEL the January 16 speech by Aaron Baer, president of the Center for Christian Values. (The Club hasn’t as of this writing) My letter to the City Club setting out the arguments against this totalitarian action is below.

Privileged to testify before Congress today with @ADFLegal client Deb Figliola. Thousands of schools are using “secret transition” policies to conceal info about children from their parents and bully great teachers like Deb into supporting harmful social transitions. Thank you @KevinKileyCA for the opportunity to share these stories and to discuss how we can better promote parental rights and involvement in education.

The Wailes’ story illustrates what happens when govt officials ignore parental rights and trample girls’ privacy. An 11-year old girl assigned to a hotel room with a boy on a school trip. Parents denied info about this rooming policy & their accommodation request rejected. This is why @ADFLegal is representing the Wailes and other families in challenging these policies. And we fight for legislation to prevent it from happening to families in other states. foxnews.com/video/63855900…

@BasedMikeLee Not only that, but the school district refused to accommodate the family when they asked for a guarantee that their daughter wouldn’t be forced to share a room with a boy on future trips. And this wasn’t the only family it happened to…

1. What would you do if your eleven-year-old daughter was forced to share a bed with a biological male on a school trip—without your knowledge or consent? 2. If you were a member of the school board in question, how would you respond to this incident?

Had an amazing time at @KentuckyFamily’s Family Forum today. Great crowds, great panels (featuring @ADFLegal client Blaine Adamson of Hands On Originals), and great energy as we look forward to advancing freedom in 2026.

In Idaho, we have led the nation in saving and protecting Women’s Sports. There are only two genders. And, in Idaho, that is not something we apologize for. That is something that we protect.

NEWS: IDAHO HOUSE REPUBLICANS JOIN SUPREME COURT BRIEF TO KEEP MEN OUT OF WOMEN’S SPORTS Republicans in the State House of Representatives today announced they will join the effort to defend Idaho law banning biological men from women’s sports in front of the United States Supreme Court. Idaho House Republicans will sign on to an amicus brief in the cases Little v. Hecox and State of West Virginia v. B.P.J. The following is a statement from Idaho House Republican members: “Idaho was the first state in the nation to stand up for the rights of women and girls in sports and prohibit biological males from unfairly competing against females. In 2020, it took immense courage for Idaho to stand against the cultural winds and pass the first #SaveWomensSports law. Thank you @IDHouseGOP for continuing to stand with young women and girls who know that men don’t belong in girls’ sports.

Voddie Baucham’s book— Family Driven Faith—had an immense impact on my family, inspiring us to begin a nightly family worship time that we have done almost every night for the last 12+ years. I had the chance to meet him a few years ago and thank him.

For decades, women’s sports have enjoyed widespread & enduring support. They are a remarkable American success story. Much progress has been made toward equal treatment regardless of sex. A consensus also has emerged that, in some areas, equality requires separate programs that are reserved for women alone. But now - opportunities reserved for women could be erased.
