Look at how differently the police handled young football fans yesterday in comparison to the young looters in Clapham. They remembered how to use the batons again!

The Cheques Go Out. The Men Arrive. The Women Pay the Price. The Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office published its aid allocations without apology or embarrassment. Afghanistan receives £192 million. Somalia £143 million. Yemen £142 million. Sudan £141 million. Nigeria £138 million. The Treasury writes the cheques. The Foreign Secretary insists the money saves lives. Neither of them will say what the figures actually represent. Afghanistan is governed by a regime that in April 2024 announced the enforcement of stoning and flogging for women accused of adultery. The UN's own Special Rapporteur describes a system of institutionalised discrimination amounting to gender apartheid. Girls are banned from secondary education. Women have been stripped from public life by decree. Britain sends £192 million a year, routed through NGOs the Taliban has simultaneously banned women from working for, which rather defeats the stated purpose. Somalia ranks second on the Open Doors World Watch List for Christian persecution, behind only North Korea. Christians identified in the country face torture or death. Women and girls face forced marriage and sexual violence as instruments of social control. The Somali parliament has repeatedly failed to pass legislation on FGM and sexual violence. Britain sends £143 million. Yemen, where FGM affects up to 84 percent of women and girls in some governorates, and where apostasy carries the death penalty, receives £142 million. Sudan, which has 15 million women and girls who have undergone FGM, receives £141 million. Nigeria, whose northern states operate sharia courts with apostasy laws punishable by death, and where 14 million women and girls have undergone FGM, receives £138 million. Five of the ten top recipients of British aid appear in the Open Doors top ten for Christian persecution. The government knows this. The figures are its own. The same government presides over the Channel. Between 2018 and 2024, 147,568 people arrived illegally by small boat. Of those for whom data was recorded, 76 percent were males aged 18 to 39. In 2024, the leading nationalities were Afghans, Syrians and Iranians. In the first half of 2025, 70 percent of those crossing were young males from Afghanistan, Sudan and Iran. They arrive without verified documents. They arrive without verified ages. They are processed at Manston and dispersed into communities across Britain, often into hotels operating with minimal supervision. The crime record is now a matter of parliamentary record. Louise Casey's report into rape gangs identified asylum seekers among those involved in the sexual exploitation of young British girls. The five nationalities most likely to cross the Channel saw a 110 percent increase in sexual offence convictions between 2021 and 2024. Foreign nationals account for one in seven sexual offence convictions while comprising one in ten of the population. In London, they account for over 40 percent of sexual assault charges while comprising 25 percent of the population. The Sun found 339 charges in six months across only half the asylum hotels in operation. The Mail on Sunday found 708 charges across a third. A YouGov poll found 93 percent of Britons support the deportation of illegal migrants convicted of rape and violent crime. Ninety-three percent. The highest rate of support was in Scotland, at 97 percent. The British public has arrived at a verdict. The political class is still writing the briefing notes. Britain is funding, at scale, some of the most repressive and misogynistic regimes on earth. Britain is simultaneously admitting, without adequate screening, large numbers of young men formed in those same societies. The connection is not complicated. The refusal to state it plainly is a political choice, made in the full knowledge of the consequences, and those consequences are being borne by British women. "Britain is funding some of the most repressive and misogynistic regimes on earth."

Dr. Dr. P: A "dreadful, middle-aged woman"
This should be the end of it. Finis. Over. Done. No more children need to be put through the meat-grinder of 'GAC'. Anyone with a smidgeon of common sense knew what the Finns have now shown with hard data. We've got all the evidence we need. @wesstreeting you can get out from behind the sofa now. The heavy lifting has been done. Cite this excellent Finnish study and call a halt to the puberty blockers trial.

Childhood and puberty are not diseases to be cured with hormones and chemicals. Rather than demand a whole new cohort of children are experimented on with puberty blockers and hormones why not demand a full study of ALL data relating to the 9,000 or so children who were seen/treated by the Tavistock Centre?
Carla Denyer@carla_denyer

Trans people are so often excluded from decisions made about them. I am concerned the puberty blockers trial has been paused not for clinical reasons, nor because govt listened to trans people's constructive concerns about how it will be run, but as a political decision...

"The only freedom which deserves the name, is that of pursuing our own good in our own way, so long as we do not attempt to deprive others of theirs, or impede their efforts to obtain it. Each is the proper guardian of his own health, whether bodily, or mental or spiritual. Mankind are greater gainers by suffering each other to live as seems good to themselves, than by compelling each to live as seems good to the rest." - J. S. Mill Incest porn, like all porn, is free speech. The principle of free speech does not merely apply to speech that is a social good (and even if it were so, who decides what is a social good?) lt applies to all speech -- with some extremely narrow exceptions, such as true threats and speech likely to lead to imminent lawless action. That is why incest porn deserves protection as free speech to no more and no less a degree than the protection @jo_bartosch's drivel deserves.

On Sunday afternoon, thousands of people gathered on the Embankment in central London and chanted death to America and death to Israel. A rapper named Bobby Vylan took to the stage and led the crowd in chants of death, death, death to the IDF. Khamenei's autobiography was on sale for seventeen pounds. Banners celebrated the bombing of Tel Aviv. A speaker from the Islamic Human Rights Commission, one of the ten charities named in Lord Walney's report on Iranian influence in Britain, addressed the crowd and led them in chants of marg bar Amrika, marg bar Israel. The Metropolitan Police closed Lambeth Bridge, deployed its Marine Support Unit on the Thames, and positioned over a thousand officers to keep the two sides apart. It was, we are told, a normal Sunday in the capital of a sovereign democratic nation. Bobby Vylan chanted death to the IDF at Glastonbury last year. Avon and Somerset Police investigated and cleared him. The CPS determined there was insufficient evidence to prosecute. He returned to a London stage and did it again. The Met says it is investigating. It investigated last time too. While thousands chanted death to America on the Embankment, Zarah Sultana, co-founder of Your Party and a sitting MP, was facing a complaint to the Parliamentary Commissioner for Standards for posting that Zionism is one of the greatest threats to humanity and that Israelis love killing kids. The complaint describes her language as a modern iteration of the medieval blood libel and notes that Nazi propaganda used the precise phrase threat to humanity to justify persecution and ultimately genocide. Since the majority of British Jews identify as Zionists, Sultana has effectively declared that British Jews are one of the greatest threats to humanity. The standards commissioner is examining the matter. Your Party is preparing to contest elections. And while Sultana normalises the rhetoric in Parliament, Vote Palestine 2026 is operationalising it on the ground. Activists are going door to door ahead of the May local elections, making lists of people who fail to denounce Israel. Over a thousand councillors have already signed a pledge rejecting genocide in Gaza, including 59 percent of councillors in both Islington and Tower Hamlets. A foreign conflict is being systematically imported into British local democracy, ward by ward, doorstep by doorstep. The street. The parliament. The ballot box. Three stages of the same process, moving in the same direction. The IHRC addresses the crowd at the Al Quds rally and leads them in death chants. The same IHRC is named in the Walney report as part of Iran's soft power network in Britain, operating under charitable status, in receipt of Gift Aid, subsidised by the British taxpayer. The same Sultana who declares Zionism a threat to humanity is building a political party to contest the elections that Vote Palestine 2026 is already shaping on the ground. Each institution enables the next. Each failure of accountability emboldens the one that follows. In Lebanon, the process looked exactly like this. Electoral blocs organised around overseas loyalties. Rhetoric that would be prosecuted if directed at any other group treated as protected political expression. Street demonstrations the state could not legally prevent and could barely contain. Institutions applying different thresholds depending on who was doing what to whom. It did not end with a dramatic confrontation. It ended with a country that had already been reshaped before anyone admitted what was happening. Britain is not there yet. But the mechanics are in place, the institutions are failing the test, and the people driving this process are not hiding what they are doing. They are doing it on the Embankment, in Parliament, and on your doorstep, with a clipboard and a list. "Electoral blocs organised around overseas loyalties. [...]. Street demonstrations the state could not legally prevent and could barely contain."

"Some were suicidal. Others could barely speak" Dr. Orli Peter @orlipeter, psychologist who is helping Nova survivors, in an open letter to Mamdani's wife: "Dear Ms. Rama Duwaji, You publicly liked social media posts describing the Oct. 7, 2023 attack on Israel by Hamas as “collective liberation.” You also placed a heart next to an Instagram post claiming that the reports of mass rapes on Oct. 7 were a “hoax.” For the past two and a half years, I have been treating survivors of October 7, helping them slowly rebuild shattered lives and broken nervous systems. Some were suicidal. Others could barely speak. Some of the people sitting across from me in therapy had witnessed rapes and executions so brutal that their nervous systems simply shut down. Words stopped working. These people did not simply survive war. They survived mass and socially sanctioned sadism. Subsequent investigations by journalists, forensic teams and international bodies documented widespread sexual violence that day. Families were burned alive. Festival goers hunted down, raped and then executed. Hamas terrorists documented much of the violence themselves: one attacker used a victim’s phone to call his parents and brag that he had killed 10 Jews with his own hands; and you surely saw the footage of Shani Louk, whose body Hamas fighters paraded through Gaza in the back of a truck while crowds spat and celebrated. Survivors of the Nova festival have also described militants laughing as they hunted festivalgoers hiding in the fields. These were not acts carried out in secrecy. They were recorded, boasted about and, in some cases, carried out with visible pleasure. These were not only acts of murder. They were staged performances of cruelty. This was not violence used as a means to an end. It was violence relished for its own sake. That is the socially sanctioned mass sadism my patients are still haunted by, superimposed on everything they see. Once that sadism becomes undeniable, the narrative has a problem. Mass murder can still be reframed as resistance. Rape cannot. It exposes the cruelty too clearly, so it has to be denied. That denial carries consequences not only for the survivors I treat but for Palestinians as well. Refusing to confront the mass sadism of Oct. 7 keeps Palestinians trapped under the same violent movement that terrorizes them. Hamas has long brutalized its own population. Human Rights Watch and Amnesty International have documented torture, arbitrary detention, and killings of Palestinians accused of dissent or collaboration, and journalists have reported Hamas beating and arresting Gazans who protest its rule. This is what authoritarian movements do. Cruelty outward. Repression inward. As New York City’s first lady, you are in a public position to inspire a movement for Palestinian rights and safety. The survivors I treat are still trying to rebuild their lives after what they witnessed. Palestinians deserve to be free from the same sadistic movement that terrorizes them as well. Public gestures matter. When someone in a position of influence treats atrocity as liberation, the signal travels far beyond a social media post. The evidence is clear. Admit that you were wrong and withdraw your support for the lie. Some of us spend our days helping survivors rebuild the lives that Hamas shattered. The least the rest of the world can do is stop sanitizing mass sadism and tell the truth about what was done to the victims of Hamas’ cruelty. ".

This is Charlotte Nichols MP. Charlotte was raped after a work event, which she attended as the Labour MP for Warrington. And she just obliterated her own government’s plan to scrap jury trials. It took 1,088 days for her case to go to court. And she was one of the lucky ones. 98.6 per cent of rape cases in England and Wales never see the inside of a courtroom. They are dropped by the Crown Persecution Service without any charges being filed, whether due to “insufficient evidence”, the “historic nature” of a crime, or simply because the victim “wouldn’t present well in court”. Meanwhile, of the few cases that are pursued, many still don’t get a jury trial or jury sentencing. We have seen judges let child rapists off with no prison time, violent serial abusers given a lighter sentence than petty thieves, and even victims painted as willing participants. For those victims, there is no second opinion. Just one person acting as judge, jury and executioner. Labour claims that they care about victims and are scrapping jury trials to speed up the wheels of justice. They scoff at anyone who highlights the blatant flaws, and sneer in our faces that they know what we need better than we do. “We’ve been told that if we have concerns about this Bill, it’s because we’ve not been raped.” Well, Charlotte Nichols has been raped. And she is defying her own government because she knows what it’s like to live knowing that your rapist is walking free, not knowing when… or if… they will ever be punished for what they did to you. For over three years, she waited for the justice system to do her justice. And there was a 98.6 per cent chance that they wouldn’t. A 98.6 per cent chance that the British penal system would drop her like a piece of rubbish, leaving her to deal with the lifelong trauma of her abuse and denying her the most basic tenet of civilised society: justice. Scrapping jury trials only serves one person: the criminals. All it takes is for one judge to have a bad day, or to hold prejudiced beliefs in a case, or to rule in a way which serves their own private political agenda. It only takes one judge to be too scared of being branded “racist”. It only takes one judge to decided that working class white girls are “child prostitutes” instead of victims. It only takes one judge to be overwhelmed with their increased caseload and develop a years-long backlog or allow cases to be shoved off onto magistrates or other lower courts. We all know that this isn’t about justice for victims. We all know that Labour doesn’t care about us. We all know that they are only interested in saving their own skins and covering up their own corruption. “You haven’t been raped” “you don’t care about abuse victims”. Their lazy excuses and sneering superiority falls flat when the very people they are trying to discredit are the victims they are claim to care so deeply about. So, bravo to Charlotte Nichols. For sharing her story. And for speaking out against the evil of her own regime

Proscribe the IRGC. What Is Shabana Mahmood Waiting For? While Britain's aircraft carrier sat in Portsmouth and France defended a British base, Iran's supporters were preparing to march through Westminster to Downing Street. The Metropolitan Police asked Shabana Mahmood to ban the Al Quds march. The Met Commissioner Sir Mark Rowley assessed that the risk of serious disorder had reached the threshold that justified the request. On Tuesday the march was cancelled. The immediate crisis has passed. The deeper one has not. The Al Quds march is not a pro-Palestinian demonstration. It was founded in 1979 by Ayatollah Khomeini as an instrument of Iranian revolutionary foreign policy. The organisation that runs it in Britain, the Islamic Human Rights Commission, was described in the Government's own independent review of Prevent as ideologically aligned with the Iranian regime with a history of extremist links and terrorist sympathies. Its co-founder is a Tehran-based scholar who last year published an adulatory biography of Khamenei. The IHRC described Khamenei as a rare role model after his death in an American airstrike. This is the organisation that was planning to lead thousands of people through the streets of the capital toward the Prime Minister's front door. It will plan to do so again next year. And the year after that. The timing of this year's march could not have been more stark. Iran has spent the past ten days firing missiles at British bases, stranding British citizens across the Gulf and plotting the murder of British residents on British streets. Scotland Yard has logged twenty Iranian-connected terror plots in Britain since 2022. Four Iranians were arrested in London on Friday on suspicion of spying on the Jewish community. Iranian opposition activist Vahid Beheshti, who has lived in a protest camp outside the Foreign Office for more than two years demanding the IRGC be proscribed, was nearly killed by a crowd after a previous march and a knife was found on one of his attackers. This is not a theoretical threat. It is a documented, ongoing and escalating one. And still the IRGC is not proscribed. Britain is almost alone among its allies in refusing to classify Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps as a terrorist organisation. The argument for delay has always been diplomatic sensitivity. That argument is now rubble. Khamenei is dead. The regime is under existential military pressure. The diplomatic channel that proscription might have complicated no longer exists in any meaningful form. Every reason that was given for not acting has been removed by events. What remains is the question Mahmood cannot answer without revealing more than she wishes to: if not now, when? The cancellation of this year's march should not be mistaken for a solution. The IHRC still operates. The IRGC still plots. The network that organises, funds and radicalises on behalf of a regime that has been at war with British interests for decades continues to function freely on British soil. Mahmood has the powers to act. The evidence is on the public record. The moment, if there has ever been one, is now. Cancelling a march is a tactical response. Proscribing the IRGC is a strategic one. This government has shown throughout this crisis that it understands the difference. The question is whether it has the will to act on it. "Iranian opposition activist Vahid Beheshti, who has lived in a protest camp outside the Foreign Office for more than two years demanding the IRGC be proscribed, was nearly killed by a crowd after a previous march and a knife was found on one of his attackers."
