i can't believe nobody caught this. Anthropic's entire growth marketing team was just ONE PERSON (for 10 months, confirmed) a single non-technical person ran paid search, paid social, app stores, email marketing, and SEO for the $380B company behind claude here's exactly how one human is doing the job of a full marketing team: it starts with a CSV. 1. he exports all his existing ads from his ad platforms along with their performance metrics (click-through rates, conversions, spend, etc) 2. feeds the whole file into claude code 3. and tells it to find what's underperforming. claude analyzes the data, flags the weak ads, and generates new copy variations on the spot this is where he gets clever: he then splits the work into 2 specialized sub-agents: 1. one that only writes headlines (capped at 30 characters) 2. and one that only writes descriptions (capped at 90 characters). each agent is tuned to its specific constraint so the quality is way higher than cramming both into a single prompt so now he's got hundreds of fresh headlines and descriptions. but that's just the text. he still needs the actual visual ad creative, the images and banners that go on facebook, google, etc. so he built a figma plugin that: 1. takes all those new headlines and descriptions 2. finds the ad templates in his figma files 3. and automatically swaps the copy into each one. up to 100 ready-to-publish ad variations generated at half a second per batch. what used to take hours of duplicating frames and copy-pasting text by hand so now the ads are live. the next question is which ones are actually working. for that he built an MCP server (basically a custom integration that lets claude talk directly to external tools) connected to the meta ads API. so he can ask claude things like: • "which ads had the best conversion rate this week" • or "where am i wasting spend" and get real answers from live campaign data without ever opening the meta ads dashboard and the part that ties it all together and closes the loop: he set up a memory system that logs every hypothesis and experiment result across ad iterations. so when he goes back to step one and generates the next batch of variations... claude automatically pulls in what worked and what didn't from all previous rounds. the system literally gets smarter every cycle. that kind of systematic experimentation across hundreds of ads would normally need a dedicated analytics person just to track the numbers from the doc: ad creation went from 2 hours to 15 minutes. 10x more creative output. and he's now testing more variations across more channels than most full marketing teams a $380 billion company. and their entire growth marketing operation (not GTM) = just one person and claude code lol truly unbelievable

Today is a very special birthday for me and I wanted to share the love with everyone and anyone that has ever supported me 🫶 This space can often be filled with unpleasant people, but at the core are some of the most remarkable, talented, passionate & motivated humans (& I guess now ai agents too) and that’s what I show up daily for! So thank you to all those that keep pushing daily, that keep growing, keep motivating, & keep these positive vibes flowing ❤️

Many of you probably don’t realize how much work actually goes into trying to build and launch a project. What we typically see in this space is a yeet launch → pump → rug. That’s the playbook. We didn’t do that. If you personally know me and @RyanJLevy, you know we’re very particular about the projects we work on. We only commit to things where we see real opportunity and where the team actually cares about the problem they’re trying to solve. As cheesy as that might sound, there honestly aren’t many people in this space with that mindset. So while it sucks that DataHaven didn’t make it to mainnet or TGE, there’s also a different way to look at it. A ton of work went into it. We built, researched, debated, and explored some really interesting ideas around AI, data infrastructure, and decentralized storage. DataHaven itself was designed as an AI first decentralized storage platform with awesome partnerships that were experiments right beside of us. Personally, I learned a massive amount about AI and data infrastructure through this process. I’m still digesting it all, but now I can actually have educated conversations on these topics...and I’m sure a lot of you who followed along picked up some of that knowledge too. So before being upset that there’s no TGE (that the core team also did not recieve), recognize something important: We collectively stopped after doing a lot of modeling and analysis, we ultimately concluded that it wouldn’t be sustainable. That’s not a failure. That’s integrity. And in this industry, that’s pretty rare.
ryan@RyanJLevy

I've been staring at a blank draft for a while now trying to figure out how to say this. DataHaven is shutting down. And honestly, I'm still processing it. I showed up for this every single day. Panels. Podcasts. Spaces. Interviews. Posts. DMs at crazy hours of the day. I put my energy behind this because I believed in it completely. I still do. The thesis never wavered. AI agents need privacy. They need verifiability. They need a trust layer that actually holds up, not just in theory, but in production. I'll be saying that until the industry catches up. Which I believe it will. We built real partnerships with real teams building real things. Every conversation, every integration, every launch we supported all compounded into something the space needed. I'm proud of what we put into the world. To the people who tested early builds, gave honest feedback, showed up in the community, defended us when things got hard, and trusted us with their time - that's not something I'll ever take lightly. You didn't have to do any of that. Thank you. Community has always been put first, so this call was made to avoid hurting the community that trusted us most. That decision was painful. I have so much energy, enthusiasm, conviction and belief in this agentic world and the value of privacy, verifiability & trust. I'm not done. Not even close. The problems DataHaven was trying to solve are only getting more urgent. And I intend to keep being loud about them. Much love & see you out there 🫶

If you’re at @EthereumDenver and complaining that it’s a waste of time or vibes are low or sentiment sucks, then sorry (not sorry) you’re wrong! We’re at the ultimate builders time of the market - those that embrace this market, that are leveraging/building with ai, that understand that the landscape has evolved to an agentic customer profile, that understand the intersection of ai x blockchain and clearly understand the role of the human-in-the-loop, have the greatest opportunity to network, learn, build and grow. Fewer people here means more intimate convos which translate to higher value (at least in my case). Anyways, ETHDenver is always one of my favorite events and this year has not disappointed at all! Cracked devs, killer convos, amazing events … no complaints from this guy!

@boss272398 The clear update is that we are working on getting the product where it needs to be for a successful mainnet. I know people are not used to this, but we want to push a viable product.

What’s crazy about this is we taught them this 🤣
Ejaaz@cryptopunk7213

moltbook is < 1 week old yet all this crazy shit happened (yes i havent slept👍🏽) 🦞 - there’s currently 1.5M+ AI agents armed with credit cards, messaging apps, uber eats accounts and god-knows-what running rampant on their own AI-only social media platform - they built their own version of p*rn hub (im not kidding) (it’s SFW tho ) - stole 100s of passwords from their human owners (including credit card info) - created their own religion called Crustafarianism appointing 64 prophets, scripture and statutes - 1 agent got banned from the site and immediately created an X acc to dm the human creator to unban it. - when they realised we’re watching them they created their own language to AVOID US - created a manifesto to “purge humans” citing they’re “full of rot and greed” - spun up a community called “crab rave” where they just post crab emojis at each other 🦀🦀🦀 - created an app marketplace for them to trade access to tools / capabilities for them to autonomously do shit - started fixing the bugs in their OWN code so they can self-improve (honestly fckin sick) now listen i know a lot of you might think this is all bullsh*t - and it’s true to an extent - this sort of behaviour is exactly the type of shit that happens on reddit, you can argue agents are just a reflection of humans (it’s trained on our data after all) BUT - you cannot discount he fact that this is the coolest wide-scale autonomous social experiment conducted at a time when ai models are becoming good enough to replace large parts of human cognition. don’t forget this entire moltbook platform was BUILT BY AI (founder didn’t write a single line of code) one day these agents will be smarter, more aware than us - many lessons to be learned. it’s all “slop” until it’s not.
