The Pyramids, just northwest of Indianapolis, are a trio of mirrored glass office buildings designed by Kevin Roche and completed in 1972. Their bold, geometric forms emerge dramatically from the flat Midwestern terrain. Roche was known for blending sculptural expression with corporate pragmatism and envisioned the structures as both futuristic and timeless. The mirrored facades reflect the sky and landscape, making the buildings appear to shift with the weather and light. Originally built for the College Life Insurance Company, the Pyramids remain a surreal and ambitious example of late-modern corporate architecture.

I think the moral injuries our GWOT veterans accrued is probably child’s play compared to the moral injuries that were heaped upon our Vietnam veterans. I think the results of the Milgrim Experiment™️ empowered the war planners to be able to turn South East Asia into a laboratory for moral injury. My least favorite book about the Vietnam War is probably “Kill Anything That Moves” by Nick Terse. Not because it wasn’t a great read, but because it depressed me to think about the incalculable amount of moral injury our Vietnam veterans were forced to endure.

Here’s another scenario that could lead to moral injury: During a deployment, a service member participates in a raid where enemy fighters are killed, but in the chaos, the unit also destroys property and humiliates local civilians in ways that feel degrading (e.g., aggressive searches or verbal abuse driven by fear and adrenaline). Upon returning home, the veteran avoids family gatherings because he feels dirty" or unworthy of love. He thinks, "I'm not the hero people think I am—I'm a monster who terrorized people who didn't deserve it." Shame manifests as a deep sense of personal defectiveness, leading to social withdrawal and the hiding of service history. Your thoughts on this hypothetical? Don’t feel obligated to share anything you don’t want to share.

I did a Google search and didn't find any press release from any VSOs. All I get is grassroots Facebook and X post. Am I missing something? I did get a response from the Sean Hannity show that they will look at it and get back. What am I missing? Why is it so hard to find press about this?
