Hey @PhonePeSupport @PhonePe I'm unable to apply for @SBICard_Connect @OfficialSBICare Black card as it is declined earlier by SBI end.
But after raising the ombudsman complaint SBI admitted that it is due to internal error that the application was not processed (1/2)

To be fair they should at least take action to get my product delivered - fair trade for both, instead they are asking me to cancel the order and close the case.

My ₹4994 Prime Day order (Order #406-6190173*) was never delivered because it was damaged in Amazon's own logistics network. After approving a replacement, Amazon is now refusing to fulfil it and wants to force a refund after the price has increased by 2K (1/n)
