Hi @marksandspencer I just saw a man fill a large backpack with steaks at your St Albans store. I reported him and absolutely nothing was done to stop him by your staff. I assume that if you do nothing then your honest customers are having to pay a surcharge for the theft? Please advise.

Hi @AmazonHelp, my order has now missed multiple promised delivery dates (20 May, 21 May) and I was specifically told to wait until 26 May for resolution. That deadline has now passed and I’m being told to wait further. This is no longer acceptable. Please escalate to management

@AmazonHelp I’ll explain publicly then will will warn others. I ordered an item for delivery on the 20th, never arrived. Told to wait til the next day, never arrived. Told to wait til the 26th, never arrived. Was told I could get a refund today, now being told to wait til tomorrow
