@JoshConstine Can't agree more. The amount of data we're feeding ChatGPT should make the switching costs extremely high, but it's not core to the product. Integrating social also makes network effects so strong, but ChatGPT is only single player. Key to what we're building now

ChatGPT is bleeding users to DeepSeek bc it failed to build a personalization moat. No questions about me or what I prefer. No templates for my frequent use cases. No social or integrations. I could never leave Spotify bc of my playlists & algorithm. But ChatGPT? 🏃‍➡️🚪
