@O2 I’m also not happy about the borderline aggressive looking text I just got half threatening my credit rating for something that isn’t my fault? Technically on the account it says payment will be taken on 28th or soon after

@O2 recently changed payment details (last Friday) and now I get this?!? I swear to god if I have any bad effects from you not being able to take payment that’s NOT MY FAULT, I’ll be putting in a complaint 😡😡😡😡 you literally have my bank details, why did it not take payment?

@RBS_Help how long does it take for a new direct debit to become active? I set one up last Friday, and have just had a notification from o2 saying they couldn’t take payment, and it’s not showing up on my direct debit list either, but bank account showing on my o2 account 🤷‍♀️

@O2 It’s not showing up on my bank direct debit list either so they will be next for me to contact

@MyApocalypse_ Hi Natalie, we would only not be able to take a payment if the bank advises us that we cannot take it. Have you been able to speak with your bank regarding this matter?

@O2 That’s obvious, but it shouldn’t cost almost 3 times the amount for 25% extra data

@MyApocalypse_ The 100gb deal is more data that the 80gb deal which is why it would cost more.

@O2 mums currently with o2, I can see this to buy a new sim only plan that wants to send us a new sim (therefore new number), how does this work with keeping current number?? “Upgrades” want almost double this for less data 😂

@O2 Yep that I know. I’ve just done that myself. But it’s now the issue of 80gb data for £10/month via a new sim, vs 100gb for £27+ to upgrade?!? Why are the upgrade deals so expensive compared to the other deals?

@MyApocalypse_ Thank you for that information. If you are going through the upgrade part on the app then this would be to keep the existing number and not for a new number.

@O2 Yeah via the app, we go almost all the way through and it goes on about Royal Mail postage etc. it’s as if doing an upgrade is going to cost double what it would to get a new sim only plan, don’t want to go all the way through buying it for it not to keep her number

@MyApocalypse_ Hi Natalie, we're sorry for any issue you're having with changing your mum's plan. To confirm, are you doing this through her O2 app? A new SIM card doesn't always mean a new number. It could be a replacement SIM if we believe she needs a new one. So it would be the same number.

@RoyalMail can you tell where the last place a “2nd class large letter signed for” was scanned if I have the reference number? I had something sent to me 30/12/25 and it still hasn’t appeared (and it’s not as if it’s from a far distance away either)

ending another year broke and burnt out after also failing every personal goal. so i'm gonna reset and figure out out my life. drive up to the pacific northwest. stay in tiny motels. visit twin peaks/twilight locations. play alan wake 2. finally finish writing my first feature.

@StephenSeanFord I usually miss calls like that, however one come through my car today as a mobile/cell number so I answered it just incase, second I heard a background noise like a call centre I went nooooope and hung up 😂😂😂😂
