Third, if you believe this, then you need to go back to first principles.

If the last 3-years haven’t convinced us all that governments - and their allied networks to which they belong - just don’t care about you and me, or how they’re perceived, then I don’t know what will?

@sndbtc @luke_broyles Wasn’t my point. I was trying to make a subtle point about how if the try, it could be spun as anti-humanitarian in the media, thus offering another reason why they won’t succeed.

Has anyone pondered on, if a large govt (ex: US) tries to ban #Bitcoin, it would decimate all of the HODLers in other authoritarian third-world nations thus creating horrible optics of them beating down the already downtrodden?
