The emergency services are dealing with an incident between #LondonWaterloo and Clapham Junction. Whilst they do their work, all lines are closed. Trains running to / from London Waterloo may be cancelled, delayed by up to 60 minutes or revised.

@InPostUK Inpost you are a disappointment. I sent my parcel last Monday and it’s still not left the locker I put it in since then even though your advisors said it would be fixed today. I’ve recollected my item because no point it just being sat there. Need to find another postage company

@SkyHelpTeam can’t call or text, and can’t receive calls, thought my phone was broken but oh no it’s Sky leaving everyone uncontactable. I was at a family members who had no access to internet therefore any emergencies I couldn’t be contacted! Ridiculous really considering costs

@NatalieRRyan@SW_Help@thetrainline@NatalieRRyan I bought my ticket through Trainline also but applied via Delay Repay on the SWR website and got a full refund. Trainline wanted to deduct £10 as admin fee 😠
@thetrainline I didn’t get to my destination as all trains were cancelled on route and not before I left at 6am this morning and didn’t get home til 11.40am

@nationalrailenq@south_railway@SW_Help Thank you! Eurostar are doing their best but a suspicious package has to be dealt with properly so they said it will take 30 minutes plus before we can leave
@nationalrailenq@south_railway we are on a Eurostar from France but a suspicious package has been found so can’t leave. Our train tickets are booked is there anyway to amend this as not our fault the Eurostar cannot leave
