I was married five times and forced to undergo *H@lala* twice." These are the words of a 31-year-old Hindu woman hailing from Indore, Madhya Pradesh. She alleges that a young Mu$lim man befriended her on Facebook while posing as a Hindu. Subsequently, he invited her to Uttar Pradesh to meet. Once there, she was held captive. She was then forcibly converted to Islam. Following this, she was married (*Nik@h*) to a *M@ulana* who was 25 years her senior. The *M@ulana* later divorced her using the practice of *Triple T@laq*. Subsequently, she was made to undergo *H@lala* and was married off to another man. In this manner, she was married five times and subjected to *H@lala* on two occasions. On May 5, the woman filed a case at the Ankur Vihar police station against 16 individuals, including 13 who were specifically named in the complaint. The police arrested one of the accused on May 7.
