@BrianJohnRiddle @pimomormon Faith is not quantifiable. It's a subjective measurement of one's confidence in being right in whatever ideology they are emotionally drawn to (most often the one you just so happened to be raised in). Anyone can claim faith in any # of theologies; none have yet to be proven.

@NoDisassemble5 @pimomormon Have more faith. Get into the scriptures and feel the influence of the Holy Ghost in your like who testifies of truth. I promise it will be worth your time to build a relationship with Him, Jesus Christ, and our Father in Heaven. Truth will be hard to find in the coming days.

Christians: “Why don’t you let people believe what they want to?” Because people who use their religious beliefs as a basis for decisions made that effect the entire population, should not be trusted with that power
Minnesota House DFL@mnhouseDFL

GOP Rep. Mary Franson says she's not worried about climate change because it's not in the Bible: "If you've read the Good Book, you know how it ends, and it's not with climate change." How can we expect Republicans to do serious work when they're so proud about ignoring science?

Critics of my faith sometimes talk like Latter-day Saints are uninformed. What an embarrassing read! This is a faith that asks for your whole life, not a casual Sunday appearance twice a year. This is a faith built on daily discipleship, scripture study, prayer, service, covenants, and sacrifice. Many of us served missions, had serious conversations with people from all kinds of beliefs, faced hard questions honestly, and learned to trust God more than the noise. Disagree if you want. Just do not confuse conviction with ignorance. #SaintsOnX

This is hilarious. One asks if we get our “own” planet (as in, I am the owner). The other clarifies that we will make new worlds as part of a collective effort, following the pattern Heavenly Father established. The former allows us to do whatever we want. The latter confines us to God’s system alone. If you can’t see the difference, you have a genuine reading compression issue, and should probably study until you fix it.

Genesis 38 was conveniently skipped over in come follow me this year. God kills two people, one for his wickedness, and one for ejaculating onto the ground. I wonder why Mormon leaders didn’t want us to understand that side of god?

@pimomormon @PiousParaDoxed Or you just don’t understand God or the Bible. There’s a reason He commands difficult things.

@ArieMoby @DeeWaynee94 “biblical answers” is answers from man, since the Bible came from man, just as every other religious text

@DeeWaynee94 You talk a lot about God, but you don't want the biblical answers. In the bible we are allowed to see God as a Father. A Father has interaction with his children. He is not some solid rock that knows nothing about love.

@SoberSamAdams @TalonTarone @OchoZaco I don’t know is the best you’re going to get. God doesn’t work w/ my understanding of reality, it’s just one more thing that doesn’t have a causal explanation for, also is something man has been claiming to exist for 1000s of years. Not a strong track record

@SoberSamAdams @TalonTarone @OchoZaco black-and-white thinking is common amongst religious types. in any given scenario there’s almost always at least a third option if you look for it. you’re not even trying. You’re just trying to impose your views as a binary right or wrong.
