Right now Rand Paul is trying to expand marijuana federally with a rider in the Senate. They call it "Delta 8" This is crazy. Do our cities not smell bad enough? Has legalizing marijuana in America really been that great for us? I completely oppose this expansion. It's a joke.
Man, I remember when a lot of people were saying things like... - $TCNNF refund is a done deal because you know the IRS sent the money back so how is there any risk? - The IRS is so gutted that they don't have the manpower to audit anyone anyway. Notice that this only refers to some TRUL subs too - the $38m proposed penalty is not the ceiling here for sure. For $580m in 280E UTP, I'd expect them to issue over $100m in proposed penalties total.
