@MahabirPun Radioisotope is wrong focus. Radiation therapy units in regional hospitals have high impact, making chemotherapy available with low cost is also priority. Impact of radioisotope is very small.

Grade II toxicity everyday of life is worse than grade IV few days after each cycle chemotherapy.
