निलंबित डीएसपी पूजा पांडे को सुप्रीम कोर्ट से जमानत मिल गई। मुख्य न्यायाधीश सूर्यकांत ने कहा: याचिकाकर्ता एक महिला हैं। वह एक अकेली माँ हैं और उनका दो-तीन साल का बच्चा भी उनके साथ जेल में है। उनका अपराध: सुश्री पूजा पांडे मध्य प्रदेश के सिवनी जिले की डीएसपी हैं। उन्हें पता था कि उनका जिला महाराष्ट्र की सीमा से लगता है और यहा से महाराष्ट्र में हवाला का भारी धन भेजा जाता है। सतर्कता बरतते हुए उन्होंने एक जिला चौकी पर चेकिंग अभियान चलाया, जिसके दौरान एक कार से 3 करोड़ रुपये हवाला की नकदी बरामद हुई। ईमानदार पूजा पांडे ने पूरी रकम अपने पास रख ली। हवाला ऑपरेटर अगली सुबह रोते-बिलखते उनके पास आया। उस समय ईमानदार डीएसपी पूजा पांडे का दिल पिघल गया और सहानुभूति जताते हुए उन्होंने कहा, "आधा मेरे लिए, आधा तुम्हारे लिए, और मैं तुम्हें जाने दूंगी।" आधा पैसा खोने से भले ही हवाला ऑपरेटर नाराज़ था, लेकिन उसे इस बात की राहत थी कि कम से कम उसे 1.5 करोड़ रुपये तो वापस मिल जाएंगे और वह पुलिस के चक्कर में नहीं पड़ेगा। वह मान गया और घर चला गया, जबकि डीएसपी पूजा पांडे ने वादा किया कि 3 करोड़ रुपये में से 1.5 करोड़ रुपये उसके घर पहुंचा दिए जाएंगे। हालांकि, 1.5 करोड़ रुपये के बजाय, उसने कथित तौर पर केवल 1.25 करोड़ रुपये भेजे और 25 लाख रुपये खुद रख लिए। गुस्से में आकर हवाला ऑपरेटर ने ठान लिया, "अगर मैं डूब रहा हूं, तो तुम्हें भी अपने साथ डुबो दूंगा।" उसने पुलिस में शिकायत दर्ज कराई और वरिष्ठ अधिकारियों को पूरी बात बताई।

CJI Surya Kant is clearly “impartial” and never judges by caste, status or gender… right? 🤡 DSP Puja Pandey from Seoni, MP, allegedly seized ₹2.96 crore in Oct 2025, officially showed only ₹1.45 crore, and is accused of pocketing nearly ₹1.5 crore. Today, the court granted her bail because she is a “mother of a small child.” Meanwhile, across Indian jails, 1,537 women with young children — most of them undertrials who haven’t even been convicted — continue to rot behind bars without such mercy. So the question is simple: Is motherhood suddenly a legal shield only for powerful officers and influential people? Or will the same “humanitarian” standard now apply to “women in crime”?

मेरठ के नीले ड्रम की तरह मुंबई के मुम्ब्रा में हुआ ग्रीन ड्रम कांड : बॉयफ्रेंड की हत्या करके ड्रम में पैक करके नाले में फेंका UP के मेरठ में 'नीले ड्रम' कांड के बाद अब मुंबई के मुम्ब्रा में हत्या में हरा ड्रम प्रयोग हुआ। यहाँ एक महिला ने अपने शौहर, भाई और उसके दोस्त की मदद से अपने बॉयफ्रेंड अरबाज़ मकसूद अली खान की निर्मम तरीके से हत्या कर दी। शव को एक ड्रम में भरकर नाले में फेंक दिया। अब महिला महजबी शेख अरेस्ट हुई तो मर्डर मिस्ट्री खुल गई। हत्या का कारण.. महजबी ने अपने शौहर के साथ सगे भाई और उसके दोस्त की मदद से हत्या की बात कबूल ली। दरअसल, इन सबकी प्लानिंग खान से पैसे ऐंठने की थी। जब इन्हें कुछ नहीं मिला, तो महजबी और उसके साथियों ने खान के हाथ बांध दिए। उसे प्लास्टिक के पाइप से पीटा, फिर हत्या कर दी।इसके बाद शव को हरे रंग के ड्रम में ठूंस दिया और मुंब्रा इलाके के एक नाले में फेंक दिया था।

CJI Surya Kant just exposed the Supreme Court’s rotting bias in real time. “Have you paid maintenance to wife” he questions.. The case was not of maintenance but a PIL. This shows how illegal he acts. A man suffering 7-8 years in a broken marriage comes to court asking for basic gender parity in divorce law — a provision that lets ONLY wives weaponise maintenance and then file for divorce. Instead of addressing the constitutional absurdity, the CJI sneers: “What is your problem with it?” and “I wanted you to admit this.” Equal sympathy for the wife, huh? Tell that to the thousands of men being looted, harassed, and trapped in marriages by one-sided laws while the system laughs. This isn’t justice. This is institutional misandry wearing a robe. Dismissing a PIL on technicalities while women file PILs for everything under the sun. The message to every law student and suffering husband is crystal clear: In India, men’s rights don’t matter. Only “women’s empowerment” does — even if it means blatant discrimination. CJI Surya Kant. History will remember this as one of the many moments when the Supreme Court chose gender politics over equality.
