I honestly don’t see why this is controversial: LeBron could flameout in the playoffs and retire immediately and the absolute worst case scenario is he’s arguably the GOAT, if not the second best player of all time. If LeBron somehow pulls off another herculean feat at age 41, this not only adds to his legacy, but it solidifies his GOAT argument.

Once again….if he win he’s the goat if he lose “he 41”

@swis8811 @MDQue_33 Zaire is 30 and his contract has an out after this year. McDuffie is gone after this year. This is a very good Linebacker class. I don't think we take one early but I do think we will take one later in the draft

@MDQue_33 Why do so many think OBLB is a big need? Unless Franklin is bad, he’s probably on the team in 2027 and they still have McDuffie/Hopper and they have 2 more guys for ST.

@CoachDaul @smallbagjohnson @BookOfEli_NFL I think it's very likely the Packers take a true Nose Tackle if they are there with their Pick. Hargrave is very likely a 1 year deal if you look at the numbers. If Lee Hunter, or Orange are there at 52 and none of the elite corners i could see them trading down or drafting one.

@smallbagjohnson @BookOfEli_NFL CB undoubtedly has to be #1 pick in fact should be top 2 for them...unless the tackle from Northwestern is there. Think they should steal a vet for the Edge position and continue to develop the edge from Texas last year...

@MrOldMan9000 @BiasedHouston Jordan fans cling to these small feats cause thats all they have They never witnessed a 8peat in their lives so they can't wrap their little heads around how difficult it is. Chiefs tried and failed. Warriors tried and failed Every chip in a 8peat is harder than the last

@Probably_Human_ @lefttwick Why do you believe this? Hasan was very consistent in his support for Kamala Harris during the 2024 election. He said over and over again that people that follow him should vote for her. He just wasn't enthusiastic about it.

@lefttwick Both Maher and Hasan are shitty humans. But pragmatically, someone who joins Bill Maher’s audience is likely to vote for democrats. Someone who joins Hasan’s audience becomes less likely to vote for democrats. That’s why it’s strategically bad to elevate his voice.

@0G2Tonez @FantasyKash It should have been thrown where it gets to Devonta around the 8-10 yard line. Then it's an in stride touchdown. Instead it's about 3-5 yards under thrown and the receiver has to fight for it

@FantasyKash If it was "underthrown" it's a pick, it's thrown into a position where Smitty can make a play... Wouldn't expect a Giants fan to understand that thou, so it makes sense lol.

@xJJdriver1x @RossUglem Slot corner is more important that Safety anyway. Again it makes no sense to move a young top 10 player at the position unless you have an established veteran coming in at that position. It's a ridiculous conversation anyway we shouldn't be considering getting rid of Mckinney

@xJJdriver1x @RossUglem Bullard was bad at safety. Taking a top 10 slot corner and moving them would be stupid. Just draft a safety to replace McKinney at that point

I know the Nazi card is overused and almost never applies, but what the Israeli Knesset has overwhelmingly voted for today, a law to mass murder Palestinian detainees- prisoners who, inconveniently, cannot just be bombed in Gaza or shot in the streets- a law introduced by a genocidal minister with an international arrest warrant, is the most dystopian and evil shit perhaps any country has done since Nazi Germany.
Mondoweiss@Mondoweiss

BREAKING: Israel's Knesset has passed a law to execute Palestinian detainees. Death by hanging. Mandatory sentencing. No pardon. 90 days to carry out. It applies through military courts with a 96% conviction rate. It does not apply to Israelis.

@zriboua Has he still not apologized for and clarified this tweet? Is he sweating bullets trying to get every syllable right in a way that he won't get immediately destroyed by Piker and the far left he's now fed red meat to, or is he just hoping we all forget? x.com/i/status/20379…
Erez 🇺🇸 #MakeTaboosTabooAgain 'Holding the Line'@elevin11

@mattyglesias To make this claim, you have to equate "criticism of Israel" with "wanting to see Israel dismantled", which is Piker's actual position. That's not only toxic, it's actually anti-American (which is also his POV) & guaranteed to destroy the Dem party (unless the GOP mirrors them).

I don’t think you understand that for someone like Piker, "Israel is bad" isn’t a mere moral stance, it’s actually a foundational belief that carries its implications with it. And one of those implications is that America, Israel’s closest friend and partner, is worse and deserves to be punished/destroyed/looted. A moderate Democrat who concedes that premise thinking they can quarantine it will find that every moderate position they try to defend afterward is already invalidated by the thing they just agreed to.
Matthew Yglesias@mattyglesias

As someone who absolutely fears the left's growing power, I think the smart play is for moderate Dems to go on Piker's show and agree with him that Israel is bad and then stick to their guns on other moderate stuff.
