got a store on the market right now for $105k. 10 days in and barely any interest. if this was a US store it would've sold day one. it's a french market store. that's the only difference. buyers want english-speaking, US-based stores. european language stores get overlooked every time. foreign markets are less competitive to build in. but when it comes to selling, the buyer pool shrinks massively. worth thinking about before you spend 12 months building one.

A new skill I have been working on is called /red-team and it's goal is to essentially tear apart/steelman every asset I make. It identifies the type of asset (landing page, ad copy, ad creative, etc.), the brand the assets are for and then spawns multiple sub-agents that are each a different target persona combined with a common psychological prior. These psychological priors include things like someone recently burned by a competitor, someone whose spouse frequently vetoes their choices, etc. After each agent ruthlessly grills the asset it provides a detailed report on every reason they wouldn't buy. The skill is set up to either automatically implement all the necessary improvements or simply let the person who runs the skill manually make the changes they want. Just like the Unicorn Page Review skill I made a while back, this self improvement loop can continue to run until a certain threshold is exceeded. So far the initial runs of this skill have been really valuable and I plan to keep working on it. Is this something you would use and/or find valuable?
