@UTFB97 @TicketmasterCS Here is how to get it working. This seems to be a problem with Android phones. 1. Uninstall NFL OnePass on your phone 2. Install Firefox browser on your phone 3. Disable Chrome browser 4. Uninstall any other browsers on phone like Edge or Samsung Internet

Hi @British_Airways I tried to pay some balance on a holiday yesterday, which failed due to an error after payment saying an optional extra was unavailable. This has turned into a pending charge, but balance not updated on booking. Please can you confirm the money won't be taken?
