The left/Dem obsession with health care is really weird as an electoral consideration.
The median voter is, like, 60 years old, so half the voters already have universal health care. Overall, 90% of voters have health insurance. The system may be annoying, but it works for most people.

Do other moms pass up getting things for yourself because you see how expensive it is? Hub wanted subs for dinner tonight so I get them for kids and him and just 3 little ones is already $18.. his is $10.. plus tax. I say no thanks, I’ll eat leftovers. So I don’t get a sub sandwich because I don’t think I should be wasting money like that. (Even though it’s my husband’s money) 🫤 which then makes me feel left out but really it’s my own choice, but I feel like we really shouldn’t be paying to eat out at all so I’m the one sacrificing and being financially responsible. Am I alone in this? What would you do?

It’s easy to get too excited on a go-around, especially after actually touching down. We brief them every approach & practice them in the sim, but it’s not very common to actually do one. I probably average one or two a year.

I have this theory that many people feel any interactions with cops is extremely disrespectful to them (like being asked to show your license, being questioned, or being arrested) and just flip out and that explains like 99% of how these interactions go wrong

I've noticed this when a favorite show of mine would come back, and all the fans would be excited because the creators would have so much more creative control this time.
And then it's an unmitigated disaster. It turns out those people that were putting creative restraints on the show were actually doing something that was net positive.
