@zomatocare @zomato Famously infamous for spoiling special occasions of your loved ones. My husband ordered 1 kg cake from zomato for our daughter's birthday & this is how they deliver the cake. By just abandoning it at the common gate of the locality.

Not even bothering to ring d doorbell of d house address provided.Whn asked for refund thy clearly refused it stating d delivery guy left it at d gate.R cakes supposed to be left at common gates or may be it ws taken away by the delivery guy to be consumed by himself, who knows?
