@AsdaServiceTeam @AsdaServiceTeam That makes no sense - if you use contactless to pay and contactless to refund then they are the same irrespective of whether the number is different to the actual card. Your in store staff told me it was your tech which could not process the refund this way????

@RachRow23 Hi Rachel, this is due to the way your card details are shown on the system when using your contactless which isn't the same as what's on your card, we just need this to verify it's going back to the same account :) -Hope

@AsdaServiceTeam please can you explain why I can pay using contactless in store but you cannot refund by the same method? Ludicrous outdated practice causing me a wasted journey. #rubbishcustomerexperience

Re the awful story of the amputee boy stranded for hours at @Gatwick_Airport without his #wheelchair what airports often fail to appreciate is that our wheelchairs are NOT baggage, they are our legs, our sole means of getting around.
