@NDoxing@NarutoNolimits anyone who has ever managed people in their entire life knows this is a completely moronic way to manage
A manager that shows a modicum of appreciation is how you keep people on your team long term
@blu5rose@legler_aaron@NarutoNolimits Nope, those managers and bosses just sucked at their job. A compliment on a job well done costs nothing and builds morale. It is literally the easier thing to do for an employee that does good work.
@legler_aaron@NarutoNolimits This was one of the hardest lessons I had to learn as I transitioned from college to the corporate working world, I thought it was really "mean" that my managers and bosses never said thank you or good job when I was starting out
Now I get it as the wisdom has finally seeped in
@NarutoNolimits Nah. Draper is good at his job but he is a poor boss and leader. You want your people to know that they are doing a good job. It’s Psychology 101. It’s not enough to pay them. Workers need affirmation. Sometimes a “thatta boy” goes a long way for an employee’s motivation.
@thejackhopkins Throughout history those who start the wars are never personally affected by the war
They don’t have to sacrifice, family, friends or even creature comforts
They, in fact, make money off of war
And we have to change that
So, CBS News decided not to air this 25 yr veteran federal agent pointing out all the ways the ICE agent was in the wrong for shooting Renee Good, on its broadcast (I wonder why🤨).
At least it’s online. Reshare.
🚨Holy Sh*t🚨
MAGA has tried everything to stop this ad from being aired.
Because ICE is not only kidnapping citizens. Now it's MURDER in Minneapolis

It’s wrong to lump all top Trump people in one category. There are differences among them. But they do seem to fall into three (sometimes overlapping) categories:
• Ordinary criminals (grift and corruption).
• Sex criminals.
• War criminals.
