@MatthewStadlen @NJ_Timothy Because we are a christian country

Astonished that we haven’t heard from @NJ_Timothy on the subject of the Palm Sunday procession across Trafalgar Square today. Why is he not complaining about domination?

Rachel Reeves blaming forecourts is pure deflection.
At 160p per litre:
Tax: 80p
Forecourt profit: 7p
The government takes over 50%, which is around 10x more than forecourts.
But somehow it’s the petrol stations fault?
The public can see straight through this.

@nightandlightss Sadly she was warned and flaunted her relationship all over Instagram. The internet keeps receipts.

So @waitrose in order to have a free coffee its not about how loyal or how much money you spend it’s about you handing over your data! Just spent £100 but no loyalty card no coffee! Make it make sense.
English

@customer_t40842 I don’t have or want an app. Why do i need to have an app to get a complimentary coffee when I’ve spent almost £100?

Watch this carefully.
Day 1, blocked America from our bases.
Day 2, Iran nearly killed British troops in Bahrain.
Day 3, Iranian drone hits RAF Akrotiri.
British families hiding under furniture.
On British soil.
This man didn't lead, he was dragged.
While he was giving performances
from Downing Street calculating May's bloc votes, Iran was hitting our bases.
He called the regime abhorrent
on day one. But wouldn't ban the IRGC.
Wouldn't back our allies and wouldn’t answer a straight question.
550 MPs demanded action.
The EU acted. Canada acted. US acted in 2019, Starmer? Refused. Until British sovereign territory got hit.
Everyone can see whose side he's chosen. It's not complicated. 30+ constituencies. May elections, Bloc votes. That's what's been driving every single decision from day one. Not your family sheltering under furniture in Cyprus tonight.
Not the Iranian women beaten on the streets for 47 years. Arrested for showing their hair. Killed by the morality police. Their organs removed before their bodies were returned to their families.
Not the 36,500 people murdered in just two days by the regime he was too scared to confront. Confirmed by Iran's own classified documents.
Not the 51,790 arrested. Tortured. Raped. Executed. Not the children shot in the eyes by security forces.
Not the journalists stabbed on British streets by the same regime he wouldn't stand up to. Not the 20 terror plots on British soil confirmed by MI5.
He knew all of this. Every single bit of it. And he still chose his May election strategy over the British people. Over the Iranian people. Over every ally who needed us.
That is who is sitting in Downing Street right now.
And in May he wants your vote

@MatthewStadlen Let’s focus on the 30 seconds of hurty words rather than his 15 minute interview. Anyway check the definition.

Groundhog Day here with @AnglianWater many visits, many noshows and four visits doing the same thing to no avail. We have sewage seeping into our walls and they don’t seem to have the will to sort it. Disgraceful. @alistrathern
English

@benhabib6 This was obvious from the start Ben, parents and schools should have made this more clear. It has never been hidden just simply ignored in the name of ‘it is your right to have a uni education’.

The student loan repayment scheme is a scam.
Students are sold the expectation that once they earn over a certain amount they will then have 9% taken off their monthly income to start repaying the loan back, with the debt being wiped off after 30 years.
However, what is kept quiet is that due to the extraordinarily high interest rates, students can’t possibly pay off their loan. It’s effectively a permanent 30 year tax that graduates are saddled with.
Rachel Reeves even admits here that it’s being used to fund the NHS.
If students were aware that it was merely impossible to pay back the loan with their monthly contributions, many would rethink whether university really was the appropriate pathway for them.
It’s time that our kids were told the truth about what they could be getting themselves into.

“Fair and proportionate” Chancellor Rachel Reeves says the student loans system is “reasonable”, in response to Martin Lewis’ claims on #Newsnight that freezing the threshold at which graduates repay their student loans was not “a moral thing” for her to do.

@GoodwinMJ I thought you lived in Hitchin. Love you to be our MP!

@alistrathern @CoopParty In other words if you want a pub it’s your responsibility to buy it! What, coffee shops next???
English

The Red Lion pub in my constituency is the UK’s 1st ever community owned pub! 🍻
But we need stronger community ownership rights to ensure local areas can protect the assets that matter most them ✅
Great to speak to the Mirror with @CoopParty about why this is so important 👇
