I met with President Eric Byer and his team from the @ACD_chem, which has 60 members in Florida, 11 of which are located in FL-26. We talked about the importance of renewing the Generalized System Preferences (GSP) Program, which reduces reliance on China and benefits American families and firms with lower tariffs on inputs and parts. The lapse in GSP has disproportionately harmed Florida and PortMiami, a vital Foreign Trade Zone in SoFL, as both depend on international imports.
