It is about geo strategy, America reorienting itself to a multipolar world order. Absorb Canada, acquire Greenland, regime change Mexico, kick Chinese out of Panama. He is looking to create Fortress North America, no Chinese influence allowed in our sphere. After North America is sorted, America will look to subjugate South America, with Brazil being the biggest obstacle. Withdraw protection from Europe, give Ukraine to Russia. Establish an amicable relationship with Russia. This doesn't split them from the Chinese initially, but long-term, US and Russia are natural allies and Russia/China are natural enemies. I am not sure how Israel and Iran exactly plays into all of this. Pull in as much physical Gold as possible into USA, prior to revaluation and new monetary system. Consolidate political control at home and jettison unworkable and expensive parts of American Hegemony, this is what DOGE is about. It honestly all make sense, once you realize Trump is trying to proactively move towards a multipolar world, and jettison the unworkable components of American hegemony.

I really wonder why Trump has such a grudge against Canada.
