It’s an interesting way to put it California has certainly become a hub for innovation, research, and education, especially with institutions like University of California and Stanford University driving a lot of that progress. At the same time, calling an entire state a “learning center” is more of a metaphor because like anywhere else, it’s a mix of strengths, challenges, and ongoing growth.

Gavin Newsom is making Somali fraud look like amateur hour. In Minnesota, federal officials estimated between $2 and $10B of fraud. In California, HHS administrators and fraud watchdogs estimate between $180B and $280B of fraud—mass looting of the treasury.

The thing with Gavin Newsom, why he comes across so fake and inauthentic, is that he doesn’t actually care about governing or policy. He doesn’t care about outcomes, or fraud, or improving California. He just cares about his own ambition and being president. That’s it.

It's impossible to fathom that much money.
