Yet another poor @British_Airways experience - an hour delay for a 45 min flight. Poor ground crew and just a total lack of empathy. BA are leading the race to the bottom

@British_Airways why are you utterly sh1t? A simple flight from Spain to London used to be simple with BA. But now you can’t manage any part of the experience well - late flight, poor check in experience, staff who frankly don’t care. I would trust you to run a bath! #holidays

Indian restaurant debate: I think it’s bad form to dip your poppadoms straight into the chutney and pickle. I think you should transfer them to your plate first. Some mates disagree. Help me out.

@JeremyClarkson Our family has loved the story so far, our 15 year old twins are huge fans of your car work - petrol heads the both of them. Nothing better than a v8! But the Farm has really engaged them and shown them an element of life that they had taken for granted. Keep going -its gr8 TV

@British_Airways what a total sh1t show. You managed to balls up a simple overnight to Manchester from London. First flight - very late, Second flight - very late and no stand ready. I’ll take the train next time. No longer a premium experience to be proud of. #brand #cx
