I do not think tha the Constitution is the problem. It is the legislative branch's failure to carry out thier duties and responsibilities as outlined in the Constitution. Unfortunately, we no longer have three independent branches of govt. The executive and legislative are practically indistinguishable. The judicial is still independent for the most part, but really all problems stem from the corruption, and total abdication of responsibilities of the legislative branch.

People are really misinformed about how long it takes to charge a Tesla. No it does not take 30 hours. You might use 20 to 30% of the battery in a day. Come home, plug it in, and by the time you're done with dinner it's fully charged. Do you use all your gas in one day? No. It's the same with an EV. Even if you get home late at 11pm, by early morning the car is fully charged and ready before the sun comes up. Owning an EV is not as hard as non owners make it seem. It's actually way easier than owning a gas car. What's the biggest myth you've heard about EVs?
