My current Sleepmaxxing Supplement Stack: • Double-bagged chamomile tea • 400mg L-theanine • 3g L-taurine • 400mg Mag glycinate • 1mg melatonin (as needed) I struggle to sleep well. But I'm consistently getting over 7 hours of sleep with this stack.
