Our statement on the @NYC_DOT Bike Boulevard proposal for 39th Ave and last night’s CB2 vote: We applaud Community Board 2’s support for the DOT’s proposal for a Bike Boulevard on 39th Avenue as a safe and community-friendly upgrade to our Open Street.
