@christoframes Hi Chris, due to the delayed Arterio roll-out having an impact on fleet availability, we've reduced the length of some services. We've been careful to maintain the length of our busiest services & shorten less crowded trains, but apologise to anyone whose journey is 1/2

@krisdelta @SW_Help @swtrains_watch Quite often during the afternoon rush hour they’re at Guildford. Again, intimidating genuine passengers. Those who don’t have tickets just loiter on the platform until the RPOs disappear.

Revenue Protection are on fire again today.
An innocent passenger asked to buy a ticket at WAT with her cash ready and was instantly made a criminal by the attitude of the RPO.
Come on @SW_Help. The attitude of these RPOs need to stop!

@hughesswfb Hi, from Monday 21 February, we will be introducing a timetable that will see train services return to pre-omicron levels. We are able to make this uplift following an improvement in staff availability, meaning we can increase service levels without compromising reliability. 1/2

@SW_Help when will you be issuing a new timetable. You are incapable of getting the 17:55 Wimbledon to Epsom on time to meet the 18:16 to Dorking. Do I get compensated as I’m paying thousands for a full service but you are not providing this.

@SW_Help After leaving FNC, less than a mile down the road, the coach was beeping. Eventually the driver told us it was a coolant issue. After 10 mins (and making a call) he decided it was safe to drive despite the alarm. Only just made the 10:47 Guildford to Waterloo!

Oh dear @SW_Help. The 10:22 replacement bus from #Farncombe to #Guildford has broken down. Problems every day so far. This is NOT acceptable. No explanation from the driver or anything. Now we will miss the connecting service! @swtrains_watch #trains
