We are sorry for the challenges some customers experienced on our first services this morning. The late start up was due to yesterday’s RMT strike action and the Network Rail infrastructure not being operational until 0700.

@christoframes Hi Chris, due to the delayed Arterio roll-out having an impact on fleet availability, we've reduced the length of some services. We've been careful to maintain the length of our busiest services & shorten less crowded trains, but apologise to anyone whose journey is 1/2

Not a train moan, but a moan about #cyclists. If you drive through #London (esp. during the AM/PM rush hour) do you find that cyclists think they rule the roads nearly causing dangerous collisions? Cutting you up, waiting at traffic lights 5 deep on a narrow cycle lane etc.

Revenue Protection are on fire again today. An innocent passenger asked to buy a ticket at WAT with her cash ready and was instantly made a criminal by the attitude of the RPO. Come on @SW_Help. The attitude of these RPOs need to stop! @swtrains_watch #trains

@hughesswfb Hi, from Monday 21 February, we will be introducing a timetable that will see train services return to pre-omicron levels. We are able to make this uplift following an improvement in staff availability, meaning we can increase service levels without compromising reliability. 1/2

@SW_Help when will you be issuing a new timetable. You are incapable of getting the 17:55 Wimbledon to Epsom on time to meet the 18:16 to Dorking. Do I get compensated as I’m paying thousands for a full service but you are not providing this.

@SW_Help After leaving FNC, less than a mile down the road, the coach was beeping. Eventually the driver told us it was a coolant issue. After 10 mins (and making a call) he decided it was safe to drive despite the alarm. Only just made the 10:47 Guildford to Waterloo!
