Strive will announce a big M&A deal tomorrow. It's the only thing that makes sense. The new SATA + STRC ETF is nice but not worth this level of hype. I'm expecting a significant jump in the number of Bitcoin on their balance sheet when all is said and done. Bullish on $ASST.

@CernBasher Great thoughts but have to think had STRC been seasoning for 3 decades rates would approach something closer to the risk free rate.

What if STRC existed back in 1996...? Over the last nearly 30 years, since July 1996, the S&P 500 Index has averaged 10.25% per year. The best year was 33.36% and the worst year was -37.00%. It was a bumpy ride, but quite profitable. Now, what if STRC had existed back then too? And what if STRC had been able to pay dividends at its current rate of 11.5% over the entire time frame? Well, in this purely hypothetical example, STRC would have averaged 11.5% per year. The best year would have been 11.5% and the worst year would have been 11.5%. It would have been a smooth ride and more profitable than investing in stocks! All that is well and good (and, I repeat, purely hypothetical), but it does beg the question: what will the next 30 years look like? If Bitcoin only appreciates by 2.3% per year, then the assets effectively backing STRC's dividends are sustainable at 11.5% forever - so will STRC beat the returns on the S&P 500 Index over the next 30 years? My point is... STRC isn't just appealing to investors with cash looking for some yield. STRC isn't just appealing to investors looking for income (a bond and real estate replacement). STRC is also appealing to investors looking for long-term growth, but would prefer to avoid the major bumps along the way (a replacement for stocks). *Not investment advice

If $BTC price appreciates by just 2.3% annually, we can fund all our dividends indefinitely.

@simpleminingio We hunted relentlessly for a reliable operator in a proven jurisdiction — one with real scale and the ability to maintain competitive power economics long-term. Execution risk is brutal, and we refused to compromise on sustainable margins.

Starting a DCA into $BTC right now is an easy decision IMO. Maybe we go lower. But we are in deep value territory.

@ZynxBTC I came to the same conclusion, understand some spread to buy but trust they are getting within 1% of spot with every buy.

Here's why $MSTR's Bitcoin purchase price is higher than the average spot price last week. 1) The $89.5 million was raised at $145.12 per share which means they raised the capital on Monday because MSTR traded below this for the rest of the week. 2) They then deployed this capital on the same Monday. The ~$78,815 per Bitcoin price is within the range of what Bitcoin was trading at on 02/02/26. It is likely they didn't sell any stock or buy Bitcoin after this date. Not everything is a conspiracy.

Bitcoiners have long viewed Bitcoin as the solution to currency decline. Better gold. Ultimate money. Instead, the broader market has treated it like a software stock. Painful, but this dip may be how Bitcoin stops trading like tech and starts trading like a hard asset.

One thing I’ve learned as a business owner: listen to your customers. If a large majority believes a reverse split on $MSTY is the wrong move, that might warrant a new vote. I have nearly 300K invested in this ETF, and I’m one of the smaller fish. I’ll hold and watch but won’t add more capital if this happens. Really hope it ends up benefiting investors. @YieldMaxETFs @JayPestrichelli @michael_venuto @Michael_Khouw

Damn, $MSTY dropped to 1.91B AUM. Guess a lot of people have had enough. Again, the ETF can’t do anything against a $BTC & $MSTR flush. Give it some time to rebound. Yes, I’m an idiot—I bought more. Like I said, I’m trying to blow up my account. Let me do it in peace, please. @YieldMaxETFs @michael_venuto @Michael_Khouw
