@elonmusk The 8 Petticrew & Grok Principles of Lift just dropped. #8 is new science fact, derived by @grok “Pressure differences are the only force humans can generate at will in arbitrary magnitude and direction — and they are stronger than gravity at every scale we care about.”

@1Nicdar Agreed but let’s step it up a notch they get to be cellmates with the perps they let go. See how many murderers they continue to let walk our streets.

@elonmusk This is actually fantastic, when voting I’ve never known whether I want to retain judges or not and typically lump them altogether based on judgements that really have nothing to do with them. Now I can make truly educated decisions based on their individual records.

This is great. At least those judges who release violent criminals who go on to hurt more people will be publicly shamed!
JohnnyFSE@JohnnyFSE

I built CourtWatch.us — a free public database for American citizens who deserve safer communities. You can track which judges released defendants who then got rearrested, skipped court, or violated their release conditions. All public records. All free. I started with Orange County FL and will be expanding to all 67 Florida counties and eventually every state in the country. This first batch of info is from 2024 and since public reports are released in March/April for the previous year, data is behind. But I wanted to see if this is plausible. After adding 2024,I'll add 2025 and then figure out how to get real-time-data uploaded. It's in beta — would love to know what you think 👇 Numbers don't lie, but criminals do. courtwatch.us @bennyjohnson @jockowillink @GrantCardone @LauraLoomer @nickshirleyy @j_fishback

@elonmusk I finally see your point. I guess it was just idealism to think there should be no murderers on the streets.

@willwallace2022 @TBYSTweet I couldn’t agree more with the justice system, witnesses, the incompetent delay is BS. We also know what they did to J6ers because of video. We can’t let video only become legal standard because we want to see this PoS hang faster. You robbing a bank. Not bad 2 prompts.

@PorterShaneis @TBYSTweet Ukrainian immigrant, that also showed how much the left really cares about Ukrainians so there is motive, but no. The Founding Fathers were very careful to give us our rights in court because governments framing the innocent is not new or absurd.

@PorterShaneis @TBYSTweet Not at all, and thank you for asking and not tearing me to shreds. I’m saying we are entering an age where we unfortunately can’t start condemning and swiftly executing because of video evidence no matter how tempting it might be, which in this case and Horner it is tempting.

How is it not common sense that a $20 minimum wage for fast food restaurants will kill the entire industry and end up bankrupting them and costing people jobs.

Here's the proof that Tyler Robinson was mirandized at 6:25 PM on Thursday, September 11th—NOT Friday the 12th, as the fedsloppers claim. Post this wherever you see one of them arguing it was the 12th. Why it's important: 1. Tyler supposedly posted a confession to Discord at 7:57 PM on September 11th. But by that time, he'd already been sitting in custody at the Washington County Sheriff's office since 6:25 PM and NOT confessing. 2. At 7:50 PM the night of the 11th, while Tyler was already in custody, they held the infamous press conference where they released video and pictures to aid the manhunt. Later, it would be claimed that Tyler's dad recognized these photos and persuaded Tyler to turn himself in. But if Tyler was already in custody when those pictures were released, this narrative was a lie. 3. If they're lying about how and when Tyler turned himself in—and if the Discord confession is fake—then this is powerful evidence of a conspiracy & cover-up. That is why the fedsloppers need "the evening of Tyler's arrest" to be Friday, September 12th, not Thursday the 11th. NOTE: Whether you accept this newly discovered timeline or not, you're left with only 2 choices: either Tyler somehow confessed on Discord while he was in custody at the Sheriff's office and refusing to confess to them, OR he confessed on Discord WHILE he was counseling with his parents, detective friend & LDS bishop on the best course of action (and then turned himself in and refused to confess). Do either of those possibilities sound even remotely likely?

@BasedSamParker I choose the option that this transcript at 6:25 was after TR was transported back up to Utah County. Meaning on Sep 12th not Sep 11th.

@9mmsmg Don’t ever wait on an ambulance get in your car floor it don’t stop for cops they will end up a free escort get to the hospital get your child taken care of. Collect your tickets if you were followed. You would need about 50 tickets to make an ambulance a better choice.

@naptownnicey @BasedSamParker Your original source says on the evening of his arrest. As he is in jail 1:58 am 9/12 that means this occurred on 9/11.

@ScottP108 @BasedSamParker That’s a common misconception. They don’t have to read u ur Miranda rights until it’s a custodial interrogation. And he very well could have been read them 9/11 and 9/12.

Whichever timeline is correct, if Tyler Robinson's 7:57 PM Discord confession is real, you're left with only 2 choices: he either wrote it AFTER being mirandized by the Washington County Sheriff's office at 6:25 PM and refusing to confess to the Sheriff; or right before he turned himself into the Sheriff between 8-9 PM, literally WHILE he was consulting with his parents, a retired detective & his LDS bishop because he wasn't certain on his best course of action. If you think a full Discord confession under either of those scenarios is unbelievable, then you must reject the authenticity of the confession. Tell me which of these 3 options you choose and why.

Elon Musk, the richest man alive worth $800 billion, owns 53% of the pie. The top 1% own 93% of the pie. Since 1975, $79 trillion in wealth has been redistributed from the bottom 90% to the top 1%. Bake 10 more pies and the 1% will steal 9 of them. 4 words: Tax the damn rich.
Dave Hawkins@DaveHawkinsX

@davidsenra @tobi Every time I listen to Bernie Sanders, I think of the pie. He is worried about slicing the pie and distributing the crumbs to everyone. I always ask, why not just bake 10 more pies? Abundance means not having to slice the pie, but instead, share or give away what you can’t eat.

@naptownnicey @BasedSamParker If he is booked in at 1:58 am on September 12 then his rights would have already been read to him which would have to be 6:25 pm 9/11 also you have the whole Kash 33 hour quote which would also indicate 9/11.

The FedEx driver who abducted a seven-year-old girl before driving her to her death, complains about how bad his life will be if he goes to prison. Tanner Horner abducted and killed Athena Strand while delivering a Barbie to her home in North Texas. In newly released footage, Horner could be heard whining to police about how he won't be able to watch his son grow up if he goes to prison. Horner was heard accusing a voice in his head named 'Zero' of making him kill Athena. "I'm going to miss out on all my son's Christmases, his birthdays, and growing up. I'm going to miss out on everything," Horner said. "All because I listened to some stupid voice that isn't probably even there."

I am imploring that the collective internet take a step back and understand how the justice system works, that this is not a plea of insanity at the time of the murder, and incompetence to stand trial is not a defense of the crime. It is a constitutionally protected right, that you have to be able to understand the proceedings and help in your defense. Also, this trial is not over, the defense and prosecutor agreed to a 180 day hold, and the trial will continue once it is determined he is fit to stand trial. I like everyone else want to see him found guilty for the heinous crime, but the rage bait/ignorance over this is too much. No matter what this guy will never walk the streets again. justia.com/criminal/proce…
