Spot $AVAX ETFs have seen just one day of net inflows this month. The three spot @Avax ETFs have recorded just one day of net inflows in May 2026 so far. That day came on May 11, when a little more than $530,000 net flowed into the products. Despite this muted Q2 activity, the products still control 1.12% of $AVAX' current supply and have an AUM of more than $44 million.

That’s insane! 🤯 A student built an acoustic levitation divide with an Arduino board. He built it using an @arduino Nano, a motor driver, and 60 ultrasonic transducers that can levitate low-density objects in place indefinitely. The transducers send out 40 kHz waves that create standing waves. The interference pattern produces nulls that trap objects. High-pressure areas form below and above the object, locking it in the low-pressure area between them. The transducers produce two sound waves moving in opposing directions at the same frequency and amplitude. The effect is that the low-pressure areas don't appear to move, like whipping a rope from both ends and having the wave meet in the middle. Sound waves are oscillating at high and low pressures. By creating a sound wave that doesn't move forward (a standing wave), you create areas of constant pressure. 🔉 Objects get trapped in the null points between high-pressure zones. The craziest part is that this was made more than 7 years ago! I have been tracking the trajectory of hardware my entire career. Sometimes there are advances that are extremely impressive! I just received my OpenMV AE3 this week and it is a stunning evolution of hardware, connectivity, and AI! Prior to buying this device, I had purchased a Milk V Duo S which blew my mind. for a total of $25 I was running an embedded Linux device with a camera and Ethernet where I could run YOLO models, perform object recognition, and report to the cloud via MQTT. This device cost $90, can also run YOLO models (and more), includes a MicroPython development environment and also includes WiFi and Bluetooth! Yes, triple the price but there is also an extremely active developer and support community. Amazing! —- OpenMV AE3 ow.ly/hEOR50YZxR5

@dampedspring I think the question people are asking is how are you supposed to have 25B+ worth of shares to use to buy half while your company is worth 11B top? Creating more shares does not create more value, it dilutes it.

I get why people want to hate on this douchebag. But imho it's totally reasonable for a small company to buy a much much larger company with debt and equity issuance. Anyone with even a few years of skin in the game have seen leveraged buyouts and leveraged merger transactions. Frankly I even get the overlap between GameStop and EBay in terms of collectibles and other consumers stuff. People do leveraged buyouts/mergers for much less valid reasons. If you don't think the debt funding is secured sell $EBAY. If you don't think the deal is good for $GME shares because they are paying too much sell the share. But a 50/50 debt equity deal isn't outrageous.
Squawk Box@SquawkCNBC

“We are offering half cash, half stock, and we have the ability to issue stock in order to get the deal done," says $GME CEO @ryancohen on offering a bid for @eBay. Watch the full interview: cnb.cx/4n9TB4w

@avax just crossed $2.1 billion in real-world asset TVL. That's not a small number. That's institutions putting real money into real assets on this chain. Tokenized treasuries. Real estate. Private credit. All on Avalanche. The big money is here. And it's not leaving. Dexalot is the precision #CLOB DEX built on this chain. Not an #AMM. A real order book where you set your price and it fills exactly there. Zero slippage on limit orders. Your keys, your assets. AVAX/USDC is live. Trade the home chain token the right way. 👉 app.dexalot.com/trade $ALOT | $AVAX | #Avalanche | #DeFi | #CLOB | #RWA | @avax

Treehouse just shipped TREE Staking : delegate $TREE to institutional Panelists who submit rate forecasts to DOR, Treehouse's on-chain interest rate benchmark (think SOFR for DeFi). Staking design worth a closer look: - Rewards split across 30d / 7d / 1d tenor buckets (60/30/10) - Within each bucket, payout is weighted by Panelist prediction accuracy vs. realized Spot Rates - 300K TREE will be distributed every month - 30-day unlock, daily claim or restake Closer to a delegated forecasting market than a standard validator setup.
Treehouse@TreehouseFi

🌳 TREE Staking Is Live for DOR! TREE holders can now delegate to panelists submitting predictions to the Treehouse Ethereum Staking Rate (TESR). Earn daily and support the benchmark infrastructure powering DeFi’s fixed income layer. 🧵👇 Learn more: treehouse.finance/blog/tree-stak…

$DOGE is playing catchup to the rest of the cryptocurrency market and is pumping towards the 20 week SMA resistance. It will probably still take time to break through and is unlikely to do this on its first try.

Sinopec Deploys Semi-Humanoid Refueling Robot TP1 in Zhengzhou⛽️ The TP1 autonomously opens the fuel cap, inserts the nozzle, and completes refueling ,finishing an entire vehicle in just 2 minutes. Drivers don’t need to get out of their cars and can drive away immediately after. The robot features a specialized hybrid semi-humanoid design that integrates dedicated refueling hardware with humanoid capabilities. It requires some site modifications and dedicated space for deployment. Sinopec is also introducing wheeled humanoid robots, which can be seamlessly integrated into traditional gas station roles without major changes to existing infrastructure. China is upgrading its infrastructure for intelligent automation.
CyberRobo@CyberRobooo

In the future, it might just be humanoid robots doing the refueling!🤖⛽️ Sinopec plans to introduce humanoid robot workers across its gas stations. They will handle tasks like fueling, picking up items, restocking, and inspections, working alongside human staff, especially during peak holiday periods in China to ease service pressure. With more than 30,000 gas stations across the country (most of them equipped with convenience stores), this implies a deployment of at least 30,000 humanoid robots. The robot is a wheeled humanoid developed by Beijing-based company FIVEAGES.

Every anti AI politician: "It’s not innovation. It’s exploitation. It’s not progress. It’s power without consent. These AI datacenters devour energy, scrape human creativity, and erode dignity. We were promised the future. We’re getting extraction at scale. I won’t stand by while communities bear the cost and corporations harvest everything for profit — without accountability."

~$5,000,000 inflows into $BAVA today. Less than 2 weeks since launch, the Bitwise Avalanche ETF is the largest @avax ETP in the US. Excited to see investors participating in the substantive opportunities of this space. Grateful for investors entrusting us to steward their capital. Onward —
Bitwise@Bitwise

The shape of the future is 🔺 Introducing the Bitwise Avalanche ETF, $BAVA, the only $AVAX ETP with in-house staking to maximize AVAX’s current ~5.4% staking rewards. Why Avalanche? - It’s the leading customizable blockchain for enterprises, with over 100 custom L1s launched in 2025, including @Visa, @Citi, @FIFAcom, and @SkyBridge - It can process up to 4500 transactions per second, with near-instant transaction finality - $4.1B+ market cap (as of 4/13/26) - Offers industry-leading tools for builders to develop scalable, interoperable L1s Why in-house staking? - By managing staking internally, we aim to give investors the highest levels of transparency, security, and professional management Excited to give investors exposure to one of the top blockchains for crypto’s growing real-world use cases.

@_FelixHeide_ Would this also work to improve small object detection in a large image (that are not necessarily very fsr, but small compared to the image)?

Are we done with object detection? What about tiny objects beyond 200 meters? 🔎 Telescope 🔭 addresses long-range perception by explicitly tackling extreme scale imbalance ⚖️ in images. It hinges on a learnable hyperbolic foveation transform from a low-resolution image, magnifying distant regions 🔍 while compressing nearby ones - effectively normalizing object scales with minimal computational overhead. Objects are detected in the transformed (Riemannian) space using a novel bounding box parameterization and are then mapped back to the original image. Project: light.princeton.edu/telescope/

This is my 3rd week as VP of Engineering DeFi at @Polymarket , and I'm going to be straight: the traction @Polymarket has seen has massively outpaced our infrastructure, and we haven't done nearly enough to scale to keep up. I hear you, and fixing this is our entire focus. We're a major company now, and we need to engineer like one. Here's exactly what we're doing: - Onchain data latency. We're working on making this near-instant so the experience is incredible. - Chain migration. We need more block space, cheaper gas and much smaller block times so settlement is instant. - Transactions are getting cancelled. We understand this is one of the most frustrating issues right now, and we have a complete fix coming very soon. - Massive focus on the website to make it faster, more responsive, and with better UX. - We added observability everywhere. Proper alerting so we catch issues ourselves, market makers should not be the ones telling us something is down. That's been unacceptable, and we know it. - E2e tests throughout, starting with the CLOB, so issues get caught in CI before anything ships. - CLOBv2 is not a rewrite. It won't improve performance or stability on its own; it's an upgrade that unlocks us to move fast right after. We'll do better with communication next time. - We are rebuilding the CLOB from the ground up. Most important thing we're doing. Without it, we can't be the best DeFi exchange in the world. We know it, we're on it, it's mission critical. - Unified TypeScript SDK for all APIs, which is shipping soon. - Unified API. One WS connection for everything, with a schema that's actually readable. - New Polymarket contract in the works that unlocks things that are simply impossible on the current protocol. - New hires: Head of QA Automation, Head of Dev Tooling, Head of Internal Tooling, Head of Data Engineering. - Smaller, dedicated teams. Fewer focus points per person, clearer ownership. People do what they're good at and are accountable for it. - Working closely with customer support to give them real debugging tools so any user issue gets properly diagnosed, not lost. - Proper communication with marketing and market makers so everyone knows what's coming and when, and MM can submit feature requests with a clear path to get them into engineering and shipped. - Working with 4 security teams daily to ensure we're super secure and that funds are always safe. - Perps incoming. Brand new contracts and a backend built from scratch in Rust. We're proud of this one. - A lot of other fixes are running in parallel right now. Starting next Friday, I will be posting weekly engineering updates. I joined because I genuinely believe in what @Polymarket is trying to do. @shayne_coplan built this so the world has somewhere to go to find out what's actually going to happen, not what the media thinks, not what a pundit says, but what thousands of people are willing to put money on. But right now, our engineering isn't living up to that. We've let people down, and I'm not going to dress that up. I came here to fix it, and that's exactly what we're going to do. The next few months are going to speak for themselves. Stay with us.
