Georgia 2020 Duplicate Ballot Investigation Update. Ongoing case Fulgham v Ware County: Just a reminder that Ware County is still refusing to provide an explanation for double scanned ballots. They refused to provide an explanation voluntarily so I sued them. They then lawyered up and went into hiding. The evidence, which I presented to Ware Superior Court in February 2024, shows that ballots benefiting Biden were scanned for the second time 8 days after the election on 11-11-2020 (scan time evidence from Dominion machines pictured below). Who, if anyone, was in the election office that day? The evidence was identified by Phillip Davis who also successfully identified the double scanned Fulton ballots later confirmed by @GaSecofState Office and now acknowledged by the @FBI. The GASOS and the State Election Board refused to investigate my formal complaint (I have email evidence where they informed me the would not investigate) so I investigated it myself. If there was a reasonable explanation Ware County officials would have provided it to me and the public long ago. Before I sued I worked with them patiently and in good faith. They couldn't or wouldn't provide an explanation and told me I'd need to sue for answers. Now I'm also asking for court costs and costs for them deceiving me and sending me into a costly legal process completely unnecessary. We the people have lost sovereign control of our elections, and Fulgham v Ware is proof.
